I've been training at Thurston Personal Training for over a year now. The results have been OUTSTANDING! At first I was a little bit hesitant because I had never worked out before, but I'm so glad I took the step to train with Seth one on one. I've lost over 40 pounds and counting and gotten stronger than I expected!The only downside is that Seth and the other trainers keep me so accountable and really push me to do my best. I can't get away with anything! From meal plan to push-ups! I've come a long way from when I started so I guess what they do works!

I came to Tpt because I knew I needed someone to keep me accountable with my eating and training. Needless to say the trainers have done amazing job so far. I've lost 10 inches and have gone down 4 percent in body fat in just 2 months. Thank you guys for making this such a fun place to train. I highly recommend if you are looking for training.

I just started going to TPT three weeks ago. I absolutely love it there! I have worked out with Seth, Steve, and Alaina and they are all excellent. I already feel much stronger and love the variety of exercises we do! The group training sessions are killer with personal attention provided. I totally recommend this place!

I've been training at TPT for 2 years and have noticed a huge change in my appearance as well as strength. I started doing personal training with Stephen who helped me reach my goals in just 3 months. I currently do group training and love it! All of the trainers are exceptional and really pay attention to form and keep you on track with diet. I love training here and always have fun with the members and trainers. 5 stars for making this the best experience ever!

I did one on one personal training with Seth for 4 sessions and the results after were awesome - I could feel how much of a great workout I got - he worked with my bone on bone knees and tendinitis in my shoulder and gave me an excellent workout! Highly recommend him as a trainer.

I have been going here for almost two years. I have seen such great progress in my fitness level and I am so happy with my results. I have more confidence then ever. Seth and his team are amazing people and they make working out fun. They also cater to all fitness levels. I really look forward to going here every day and I am so lucky to be apart of something so awesome!

My training experience with Seth has been awesome so far. He seems to understand intuitively what I need to get to the next level and how to help me achieve it. He pushes me hard but also understands my personal limits and keeping the long term goal at the forefront. Best of all, I can already feel and see the results. I can't wait to see where we go from here!

I absolutely love working out here. All of the trainers are extremely friendly and supportive. They are always helping you to get the extra push in your work out while still making you put a smile on your face! The people who i work out with here are extremely friendly too. As for being a bikini competitor i love that they not only give me a great work out but add in meal plans and posing sessions too. over all it is a true 5 star!

I moved to Arizona two months ago in order to complete a work assignment. I knew I was going to be working 12 hour days but was determined to make time to work on my body. After doing much research, I came across TPT and decided to give it a try. I was on a mission to fit into a dress and the result was, not only a reduction in weight but also an increase in muscle and drop in body fat percentage. Talk about success.Seth and his trainers were always prepared with a brutal workout for each session (not to mention the group sessions), to really put me through my paces. Honestly, I have never worked out harder than during these sessions. He listens to me and understands the things I want to work on. Seth also pushed me to stay on top of my diet and sleep to make sure I was prepared for each one and the results were definitely worth it. I wouldn’t have been able to achieve it without his guidance and support.Seth always had something new and challenging for me to try, he was always careful about monitoring my form and even making workout adjustments on the fly when necessary based on my own limitations and he made sure to keep the intensity high, knowing what I could handle, and making sure I took just enough rest between sets to keep going strong. Even though I trained mostly with Seth, I got the opportunity to train with other trainers, who were amazing as well, and would always keep an eye on me to make sure I was well taken cared of. It definitely feels like a family at TPT.After working out with Seth I feel like I've really pushed myself, way more than I did at the gym by myself or even with other trainers. I've only been doing this for two months, but I look forward to going every time and feel like I have a lot more energy and strength than I used to. So not only is Seth great at helping you with your form and making sure you are actually improving he also helps with your diet. It's like having a trainer and a nutritionist packed into one. AMAZING!TPT offers both one-on-one training and group session trainings, which are both TOP NOTCH. Trainers are knowledgeable, constantly looking for ways to improve and innovate, but most importantly they are good hearted individuals (which is really hard to find these days). The facilities are up to date, clean and they opened a new location which focuses on iCardio classes. The range in schedule and workout options made it easy to keep me motivated and work out every day based on my personal schedule.Since it's a private training gym, there is never a crowd. Everyone is always so focused in her/his workout that it's truly inspirational. The group of people who-work out at the gym are exceptional. They are constantly encouraging / supporting each other, very welcoming to new members and are willing to help in any way they can. I couldn’t have asked for a better support group in order to achieve my goals.I have now officially been training with Seth for 2 months, in which I have lost over 10 pounds, gained over 3 pounds of muscle and lost about 6% of body fat. I have surpassed my goals and fit into the dress! Seth has really worked at helping me change things around in and out of the gym. My diet has improved, plus I now WANT to go to the gym just because it now "feels good" and I enjoy the company. Looking back it was very tough to push myself to start, but once you make a commitment with a good trainer it all becomes easy with little steps and motivation. TPT is a great place and I would definitely recommend it if you are looking to get in better shape but you want a little more personal help making it happen. Seth and his team will have you on track in no time.
