Spoke to the manager about cancellation after arriving to see weights all over the floor and out of place.After I told him the issue he said that I'd have to pay a cancellation fee and hung up on me.Kurt is a trash manager, no wonder the location is a mess.

It’s good for its pricing.The cancellation policy is very bad. It’s a trick that gym does not let you cancel membership via phone or email. Now think of it when someone is just overseas, the gym will continue deducting money from their account just because of their policy.

I went to exercise. The place is always clean. Smells fresh not sweaty.

Joined only a month ago and found they have made 5 deductions from my account including late fees??? How is that when it is a direct withdrawal alotment on their part and money stays in this account? $16.45 late fee x 2 and $27.11 x 2 plus another $12.45. My monthly say $24.99 on my black card n they say its tax included. But we are in Tx which is 8.25%. So if it is that its still with tax = $27.05 ✅️ so $27.11 and late fees .. someone flunked math n also didnt tell me there were taxes. I was told Id get a T Shirt before I signed up... signed up went in.. no T shirt available. LIES LIES LIES and VERY Dishonest. RUN DONT WALK FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! Oh and by the way the annual fee is supposed to be coming in June $49.00... I dont want to stay to find out how many deductions they are going to make then. WOW WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

My husband and I have been members of various PF in the DFW area. I’m a personal trainer and we are both bodybuilders so naturally we use straps and belts among other personal equipment when working out so we keep our bags with us but are always careful with where we set them so as to not get in the way of anyone.Today (5/24/23) at approximately 4:45 PM we were finishing up adductors on the machine when a female black employee with yellow blonde in her hair walks into the room spraying something into the air and yells at us to split our bags then also yells that we need to keep them in the lockers because it’s “gym policy” and walks off with an attitude. She embarrassed us in front of everyone and made us feel unwelcomed. Did she do that because we are Hispanic and thought we didn’t speak English like most of their patrons? We have never had this issue at any other location before.As I was leaving because of how angry I felt without finishing my workout she said goodbye to the other white patrons leaving but not to me.I will never step foot in this gym and will encourage my friends, family, and anyone else not to come to this gym either. As a personal trainer and business owner that is NOT how you talk to patrons if you want to keep doing business.

This club says they don't follow the corporate rules because they are franchise. So they can wear spaghetti straps, short tops, short shorts as long as their nippes don't show. Not the Planet Fitness franchise I have learned to love. Super inappropriate. The person working was rude to me because I asked to have her cover up like the dress policy says. Not going back! Don't recommend this location

Ideal location for me. Never too crowded to where you won't get a machine to work out on. Staff is very friendly and helpful. With the black card membership, the hydromassage is a perfect ending to a workout. The no judgment culture is true to its name - people come here to get a serious workout, not to be seen.

Just a little hot but everything else is top knotch! Can you get a calf raise machine?!
