You know, I been at PL for 2+ years.My weight training advancements led me to think I could use additional machinery so I went so the competition.Let me say, PL is the Cleanest, Best Organized and offer way more for the price than all the others, The showers at PL are sooo clean! And I took that for granted.Not to mention The Staff are super friendly, professional and are always maintaining the common areas. I will just have to adjust my routine, I guess It’s not the machines, but how you use em’.GREAT JOB PL TEAM!I’ll be a member for years to come.Planet Fitness, The smart choice!

I’d been coming here for a very long time. Manager is the most dishonest, arrogant, unsympathetic and I could go on. Assistant manager is arrogant and really feeling himself. He talks poorly to members about other other planet fitness staff. Club used to clean now dirty. Weights used to organized now they are all over. When I say dishonest I am speaking from experience on incident that just happened that has forced me to change gyms. They make me sick. Some great staff however. I am speaking from as a business owner and if what happened to me ever happened with any of my employees that would be it. And they have security cameras

I signed up for a membership from an online special and was really excited to visit.My first visit was a minor disappointment. The front desk staff was helpful enough, but no one showed us around the gym or explained the facilities.However, it’s really a great gym. They have a ton of equipment and centers for related equipment. Most machines have at least two right next to each other and the layout of the centers makes it really easy to do a complete workout while moving from machine to machine fluidly. They do an amazing job cleaning this location. Very very clean. The staff is constantly wiping things down. 100% the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to!The app is great too and if you have an Apple Watch, you can use your watch to check in. The app features workouts and has a handy crowd meter so you can see how busy the gym typically is at the time you want to go. They play great music, but I do think it’s a bit loud in some areas - or at least my Apple Watch does. I’d occasionally get a decibel warning in certain centers. I have no idea how accurate the watch is and it’s never something I thought about until my watch told me I needed to - so - take that with a grain of salt.I filled out an online survey from the gym and noted that we did not get a tour and while the front desk staff was helpful, it felt like the floor staff was avoiding everyone. The manager of the gym called me just a few days later about it. I missed the call, but he left an incredibly pleasant message on my voicemail.I ended up deciding to cancel because I got an Apple Watch and have been using their workouts. The manager was there running the desk training someone when I went yesterday and he handled my cancellation. He made it very easy and convenient and he was just such a nice and friendly person.Even though I cancelled my membership, I still think they deserve a five star review. While I was just a tiny bit disappointed at not having a tour at our first visit, the manger reached out immediately for something so small just to apologize and remedy that. (And I didn’t “need” him to “make it right”, I just think it’s great Customer service that he did). Great customer service and a great attitude go a long way! While I’m no longer a member because I changed the way I workout, I still highly recommend this location.

Have always loved this location. Lately I’m not to impressed with there new security service. I’m highly considering in transferring to another location.The guy making his rounds around property. Is extremely rude and unprofessional . I witnessed him walking into the gym trying to tell staff how they should do there job . He also try’s to take matters out of his control, to a whole different level. I have never experienced, what I experienced this weekend.

Its so sad to see this location going down and getting worse, I'm a member since quiet over 3 years and there was a time when I lived 15 miles away and still I was coming here everyday!Recently it's becoming worse everyday, and today I was asked to leave my watch as a collateral to use a nick piece that worth $20!The untrustworthy member are the one keeping the business alive, hope this reaches someone that cares about the business, I won't cancel my membership as I know half of the people here but its so unprofessional to treat members that way!

The worst workers, apparently i had a late fee yet i go into the gym EVERYDAY and no one, not one worker told me i had a late fee so now i had to pay $50 this month for this late fee in which NO ONE advised me about.And on top of that the manager tried to cover himself by saying “we try to catch everyone we can and let them know about their late fee but sometimes it’s many people” when that’s a lie, i go in at night when there is close to no one and i literally talk to the front desk staff for 5 mins when i get there.Horrible customer service and horrible communication on behalf of their company.Truly awful.

Fantastic gym, I wish I lived nearby so I could come here as my local. Huge, spacious and super clean. Most machines I’ve ever seen at a Planet Fitness before. Very friendly staff and all the other gym goers seemed totally chilled, non-judgemental and welcoming. Five stars 👍 …

The staff have always been wonderful at this location! However the equipment my husband uses for his workouts is never available- that is one reason we wanted to cancel our membership, plus we recently moved to an apartment complex with a fantastic gym.I moved to Plano from GA last year so my home gym was set in Alpharetta, GA. I came into the gym to cancel my membership and was told that a manager would need to set my location to Plano in order to cancel my membership. Fine. So I speak to the manager and he says I need to go to my "home" gym to cancel. In Georgia, with a 12 hour drive one way? No can do. So he tells me he will give me a pen and paper to write them a letter. I request that he simply transfer my home gym to our current location and he refuses. I ask why and he says "because I know you just want to transfer it so you can cancel your account." Uhm yea? That's kind of the whole point? He said he wouldn't do it because it would reflect poorly on him. And?? I don't want to pay for a membership I am not using. He said the conversation was over and that he had "business to attend to" and left. It was absolutely infuriating. If you plan to ever try to cancel your membership with the gym, I would recommend going somewhere else.

This is a great gym with a great location. Been coming here for a few years now.Equipment is always clean and available. They seem to have the same employees there when I go and they are all personable.The only “complaint” I have is that it’s getting to be a “little loud” in the weight area as of late. If you can hear the weights dropping when you have headsets on while on the treadmill, you know it was loud.Not calling for any lunk alarms, but maybe a little more enforcing what makes Planet Fitness what it was founded on. There was one manager there that would enforce things throughout the gym, but I haven’t seen him in quite a while.Overall, I’m happy to be a member here.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Love that you have rowers. Would have given 5 stars but stuff is never where it should be. Weights strewn everywhere, and I get that that’s not all on the staff, but I also work out at the one in Crowley and never have this issue. No one in the area I’m in in the picture below but these weights are nowhere to be seen. Often the same where the benches are.
