Always love going here. The equipment is great, the staff is awesome and always welcomes you with a smile. No judgement. They even say on the walls a judgement free zone which I love. I just want to encourage and love the people that are there working out and I feel the same coming from the other people there. Better than any gym I've been to and very reasonable membership prices. Their app is awesome too. It's an easy way to check in, you build points every time you go which contributes towards free goodies like drinks, shirts, etc. And the app also has a bunch of different work out routines and ideas that will even guide you through each exercise! You can do most of them at home too!! Love love!!

I just joined for the New Year and am enjoying it so far! The trainer Vivian walked us through how to use all of the equipment in New Member Orientation and set up a customized program for me based on my personal goals. The weekend overnight staff guy (unusual name that I can’t remember) is very friendly, polite, and helpful. I enjoy this gym much more than my previous gym experiences.

I go to 3 different Planets in north Dallas and this is my fave location. They are truly enforcing masks and distancing, always have well stocked sanitizing stations, and are constantly cleaning. Always a good vibe here! Not all Planets are the same!

This gym is great for a Planet Fitness. Its Its ridiculously clean. Cleaning every day I go in. It doesn't stink like most gyms do. Staff is cool af. Nice new equipment and have more than other PFs. I would absolutely recommend this place.

I’ve been to a lot of gyms in the last, 24 hour, Crunch, Gold’s, Bally’s, Equinox, and a couple of others.I have been coming to this Planet Fitness location for about 6 months, and it’s by far my favorite.There are plenty of machines every time I go. Front counter staff are always friendly. They maintain a very clean environment. I love the open space setup. I opted for the black membership, which is still less than most places and have enjoyed the hydra massages and the iv / vibe plate treatment after my workout. You can’t beat the price!!

this is the best planet fitness i’ve ever been to.i literally drive an hour from home to come here! daylin and vivian are my fav they’re always kind w a smile on their face! as someone who’s a beginner to the gym and struggles with gym anxiety, i always feel welcomed by them! it makes it easier to go to a gym when there’s people who always make it their goal to make u feel comfortable. not to mention it’s 10 out of 10 clean!!! i’ve never been to another planet fitness that compares to this one.

I absolutely love Planet Fitness, and my home club in Plano, TX! The price is affordable, the staff is friendly, and this location is clean and well maintained. I especially enjoy the perks of being a black card member, including the Total Body Enhancement machine and hydromassage. I consider these a treat, and look forward to using them after each workout! I also love how convenient and easy it is to stay in my healthy routine by visiting other locations when I travel!

Update 08/16/2020I'm changing my review from a 4 stars to 1. Today more than half the people were not wearing masks, or had their masks worn around their neck. The mask policy is not enforced and people are free to remove them as soon as you pass the front desk. It's absolutely horrendous and dangerous to see the staff turn a blind eye to all this, especially in a setting where people are breathing heavily. A man literally just walked in without a mask with no issue.This is one of the better Planet Fitness locations I have been to. The staff are very friendly and try their best to assist you. The members usually keep to themselves and aren't loud or obnoxious in any way. My only complaint are their paper towel dispensers. They are often empty or get jammed.

very clean, organized and fun! Very friendly staff! Superb customer service. From lockers, showers and changing rooms to free weights, machines and ellipticals, this place is balanced and perfect! Massage chairs, tanning, etc are spectacular. I enjoy my visit every time. And I go twice a day for 6 days a week

My husband is my guest every day and we love coming to this gym. It's rarely packed and everyone working there is super friendly and helpful. They clean up every night which is great considering covid is a still a thing. The locker room is always clean and they have their disinfect spray and paper towels located all over the building which is super convenient.
