Very kind and pleasant staff…. Club is clean and the staff seemed to be very proactive in keeping it clean… very clean bathrooms, equipment is laid out very well also And all was functioning properly!

Membership price is not all that bad but I wish they had a pool, sona, steamroom, and hot tub. I haven't used the tanning beds yet but I think it's cool that they have tanning beds here at a gym. I do love the massage chairs!

Hi, I have been using this unit for 2 years, I like it there, but I have a complaint, there is a equipment for the muscles called hamstrings that has been broken for a month. I've asked it twice and it's still broken. Guys, let's speed up this repair to satisfy your clients. It's no use making commercials if the equipments are without constant maintenance.

They say to be “A Judge Free Zone” however the employees working today 2/8 have no good customer service ethic and were in their phone. I brought a friend to enroll and worst experience and discriminate !! I rather come in during the morning with the employees who do have good customer service!!!

So glad I chose Planet Fitness! The facility is clean and equipment is well maintained. I’m getting stronger and feel more energized than I have in years. Thank you guys!!

Perhaps teach your employees HOW TO CANCEL SOMEONE.Literally was told over the phone to mail in a letter or come in person to cancel. I go in person verbalized, was told I'd have a cancelation fee. I said to charge it on my card and I asked if there would be a confirmation email and they said no.Literally left and 6 months later find out my other account is still being charged.I'm not given a refund, Literally that week I went and signed up with LA Fitness because it's closer to my job.I will never ever set foot and I'll make sure everyone knows not to come specifically here. I was at another planet fitness location cancelled successfully bc I moved out in 2020 (I travel for work). Yet at Plano it's this difficult ? Something isn't right and I shouldn't have ever signed up here.

One of the best and affordable place to complete your fitness routine. This place is newly established with all new equipments. The only problem I see is, instead of using paper roll for disinfecting equipments they could use disinfectant wet wipes (since it's on a large scale it may be expensive to use it). I suggest to use spray bottle and towel to wipe.

I was lied to when I signed up and was lied to about canceling my membership. I was told I could cancel within a month of sign up but I can’t cancel unless I pay $60 because I was put into a contract, after I specifically questioned and requested no contract. I called and they said since you are signed up for 21 dollar plan you would had to buy out the plan in order to cancel. The owner doesn’t care nor will help, same as the manager. They (manager and owner) have the ability to waive the fee but choose not to because money is more important to this franchise than ethical customer service. So beware before you decide to sign up for this gym they will lie to you and steal your money and be very rude about it.

I've been coming here for a few months and every time it's great. Clean, all equipment is in working condition. They have a huge variety of equipment spacious locker rooms and excellent massage chair/beds.

A little outdated, guessing coming from Houston i can't expect much. Never saw only 4 stairmaster machines, and very small place, chairs for the massage is old school, nothing compared to Houston clubs. Clean and decent.
