Not my home gym but I've been here a few times when we travel. I love having the black card membership so I can visit other planet fitness locations while traveling. The black card room is great and very private with a separate seating area.

I am so thankful to have taken a chance on PF after many failed gym memberships. Prior to the pandemic, I belonged to Texas Family Fitness. I tried 2 different locations but was always disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. So, post-quarantine, I knew I needed a gym that focused on cleanliness above everything. This location is always super clean, and the staff are always making sure the enhanced cleaning stations are well stocked. That was a huge plus for me. PF has this “gimmick” of being a judgement free zone, no grunts or annoying weight drops allowed. I was super pleased one morning to watch one of the friendly front desk folks approach an obnoxious guy both loudly grunting and crashing weight plates. She was professional and courteous, pointed out what he was doing and asked him to stop. It’s not often that staff will personally go out on a limb to stand behind a corporate policy, but I was very pleased to see them “walking the talk”. Plenty of cardio machines, temperature is well controlled, lots of cleaning stations, and the hydro massage all make it worth every penny, and I find myself eager to go workout every morning. Keep up the great work, gang!

Nice place and I enjoy there fact that I can tan and they have massage chairs, but I was a lil disappointed on their lack of variety of weightlifting machines. (No decline bench press) which means I'll need a spotter to do those with free weights. And no pool or steam, sauna room kinda stinks. But, for 25$ it's not bad. I'ma just get another membership somewhere else. I just seriously need a gym that's 24/7 because of my hours at work. It is very clean as well which is a huge plus. Because a place is worthless if its not clean. Who wants to go to a dirty gym? Not me. So, all in all ide recommend planet fitness, as long as the missing items I mentioned don't bother you.

I joined this gym about 3 years ago. At that time I weighed 190 pounds. I’m now at 160 and solid. The staff has changed around a little but the dedicated athletes have been there just as long as me. Even though this might be called a beginner gym I was able to find my unshakable motivation. This place is really my second home. If your reading this I would encourage you to give this place a shot. Start at your own pace and get to know the equipment. Your best results will happen when mix heart rate plus resistance. Write down a weekly schedule and stick to it. This can change your life completely!

Decent gym to use. Clean facilities. I haven't been there when it's too packed. Staff are generally friendly. Plenty of machines available for various workout and free weights weights as well

I have worked out at many gyms. Planet Fitness is 24 hours and has lots of top notch equipment and the machines are new. They also have tanning beds and massage chairs. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this gym for those that want to get results without spending a ridiculous amount of money on a membership.

Can’t say enough good things about this location. It’s clean, great staff who greet you, nice showers, and good equipment. Got a good workout in and will be back. Have to go to more locations to get my black card use out of it and this one is good. Wish they had one in west Plano but this is close enough.

I love it. The staff is super nice and helpful. The equipment is new and the place is clean. I usually prefer to go at off peak hours.

I recently joined Planet Fitness and decided to pay for a personal trainer. I am not one who knows much about the gym and my personal trainer has gone above and beyond to explain everything thoroughly, answer my question and make me feel so comfortable. The gym itself is very accommodating. It has any piece of equipment you would ever need.

Great equipments and perks for black card. Not a good experience with staff. I came for hydro massage and the guy asked to wait for 5 mins as there were people and said will call me. Understandable…But then many people came out and some went in before me and the guy was standing there talking and laughing with other staff members.The next day I asked for PF t shirt being a new black card member. He was like, hey I have the t shirt to you yesterday. No he did not I didn’t even ask for the t shirt on the first day..He was rude.
