I talked to the front desk lady Jamillah and she was very nice to me and accepted me since i’m just starting to get back into the gym since my back injury. She just made me feel like it was a safe environment.

Texas Family Fitness East Plano is a very organized space. The front desk employee, Alexa Watkins, is always has a positive spirit, and brightens up my day by welcoming me and other members in with a smile on her face.

They are very poor services, don’t give them bank details. They charge you even if you cancelled. Very low class service. All are liars and they don’t deserve any stars. They are scammers. I am trying to cancel service since three months. They still charge from my bank. Unfortunately I am out of country. I am not sure how they hire this kind of mangers. Who doesn’t have customer service attitude. I am sorry to say this company is nothing but stealing money from your bank. Be carefully…

I visit here very frequently to get gains, and Noah Sears at the desk never ceases to make my day brighter with his beautiful smile and cheerful demeanor. The gym itself is also solid, even though I don’t like to exercise! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been going to this gym for the last few summers when I come home from college, and this summer has been the best yet because of a new front desk worker named Noah Sears. He is friendly, open to conversation, and extremely helpful, much better than any previous front desk I've seen.

Texas FF is great especially the front desk guy Noah Sears. He’s a little cheeky but always makes it fun when I walk in the door. Also disclaimer ( my old phone number different guy now, I am not racist.)

I work at Freedom Martial Arts and we love having TFF right around the corner from us so we can run in on breaks to workout. Noah Sears helped several of us and he was polite, friendly, efficient, provided clear information and answered our questions. We are planning on passing along our positive experience to our customers who come in looking for a place to workout.

I'll admit, I was highly wary about entering a gym again after traumatic experiences I have had in the past. However, the second I walked through the door, I knew TFF would be different. I was immediately greeted by Noah Sears, a bright young man who talked me through the memberships, perks, and how to use the equipment. He provided an engaging tour, and encouraged me to re-enter into my health journey. I have been working out regularly for several months now, and my confidence and health have been better than ever, all thanks to Noah Sears. If anyone deserves a raise, it's him! Thank you Noah.

I’m a longtime gym goer and recently came into Texas Family Fitness and was impressed. I spoke with a young man named Noah who walked us through the gym, patiently answered all of our questions and providing ample information about the gym. We will definitely be considering this gym.
