Great environment, up to date equipment, friendly staff are helpful if you have questions. Noah Sears has gone above and beyond to greet members at the entrance with smile, and builds a rapport that makes you feel like family. Highly recommend

I've been a TFF member for some years now, and I've seen some nice upgrades take place. Staff is really nice. Front desk attendant, Noah Sears, is always very nice and friendly.

Nice big gym with more equipment. But it's hot, as if the AC is on low, and no fans

Used to go here. Corporate management is horrific and runs their staff ragged, which has everyone on edge and stressed. Not a good gym environment. Would have potential if they had legitimate support.

They scam to earn commission… Please make sure you read the terms while they try to distract and sweet talk you. They “promised” a special of 5$ and I end up paying 30$. Then they add a trainer and charge me 50$ without me knowing since it was autopay. Then 2 months later when you notice they fire their manger now no one believes you. They deserve less than a star for this kind of business of unfairness and FRAUD.

Shady shady shady. I canceled my gym membership and I have been charged every month twice a month even after my bank BLOCKED THEM. They keep charging me under different company names my bank says so when they block them they just use a new merchant account or something. I am closing my bank account. I am so upset. I canceled my membership because my family moved due to a family emergency. I've had them wipe out everything I had in my account. Not even the same amount each charge. It is so scary how they are legally allowed to do this. Don't give them your bank info.

The minute you walk in the door the stench nearly knocks you down. That because it’s so freakin hot in there the warmth brings out the BO and Feet smell. Don’t believe me, feel free to walk in and see.Fix the AC and clean the filthy carpet.I now go to the TFF on Coit and Spring Creek.The one on Parker is NASTY!

Do not go here!!! I have been charged $164 a couple of times throughout the span of 3 months. I have still not gotten my money back! I talked to them last month and they told me they would call me back after calling corporate and I have never gotten a call back. Please save your money and do not come here.Edit:I cancelled my membership back in Feb 2023 thinking it was the last time I would be charged. I’m STILL GETTING CHARGED $164?? It is May now!! This gym is a scam. Once again please save your money and don’t come here…Edit:It is June now and I have just been charged $164 AGAIN. I have called the financial office, customer service, and even the gym itself and no one has been able to do anything!!! PLEASE I recommend literally ANY other gym but do not go to any Texas Family Fitness gym PLEASE.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is no sauna. There's plenty of equipment, and the kids club is the best my kids have been to

DONT COME HERE EVER!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. I GOT SCAMMED SAVE YOUR MONEY. This management is the worst ever I think they are doing scam on me. I asked for the cheapest plan which is 20 dollars and for some reason they added a personal trainer that I never asked for and when I asked them cancel it they said it was in the plan I got. I am a college student and they knew I was not able to afford the elite plan. They charged me 164 FIVE TIMES in a span of one month for PT sessions that I never went to because I didn’t want to not did I need a PT. I cancelled after one month and they charged me again after I cancelled my membership about two months ago. I called corporate and they said I had to contact the gym since it was under PT plan and when I talked to the gym they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I have lost a total of around 1000 dollars and my bank was only able to dispute one of the 164 charges since they repeatedly charged me. The manager I talked said he was going to give me the most affordable plan and this happened his name is VICTOR. He said some gyms will take your money and he did just that. Jordan was the one who made the payments and was not able to help me whatsoever THIS GYM IS SNEAKY AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT COME HERE IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARTS I WOULD.
