More space, lots of free weights. More room to get around. Good location. Would recommend this location

I’ve worked out at 24 Hour Fitness since 2005. I feel much better when I exercise keeps me sane.

The club posts signs for mask mandate but for not enforce. A lot of people doesn't even have a mask on them at all. Wish the facility would actually follow local mandate

It's a good place, but crowded AF, 2 stars because they don't honer even their own name "24hrs" it closes at 9.

It does not open 24 hours! It is a 5-9 gym. And it is dirty in the change room and there are broken equipment not being repaired for long time. Very disappointed and will not renew my membership.

Clean facility. New and functioning equipment. Wasn't crowded on the Saturday afternoon I visited, but I'm not a regular here.

Getting to 24hr in the morning the person at the front desk makes me feel like I wish you where not here. When leaving no notice that I was there or have a great day. Weights never in the right place.

Going, going, gone down hill! So many machines in need of repair. Very few employees now and the ones they have either don’t care or aren’t empowered to help.They also don’t enforce the mask mandates. If you are a pretty white woman or muscular man they will not stop you from anything it seems…

This gym is the forgotten step child of 24hr super sportsHonestly, this gym needed an update 10 years ago. By far the ugliest 24hr gym in northern California.The machines are poorly maintenanced. If something breaks it's out for months.There are maybe 3-5 pairs of safety clips for the whole gym. Good luck finding themThere are no 2.5lb plates. And hasn't been for yearsNo new cable attachments. They haven't had an EZ bar attachment since pre COVID.If you want a full gym experience,take 15min to go to Livermore or San Ramon instead.

I've been a member for about six years. When I first joined the facility was well maintained and the staff active throughout, not just courteous in the lobby. They were actively circulating, politely getting to know the membership by name, cleaning, encouraging members to be considerate of the other members (returning weights, not monopolizing equipment, etc.). Now, they can't find janitors, the wet pool area is questionable, the equipment out of order or sprawled. It's as possible to find no toilets with paper to use as it is to find no showers with soap.My biggest exasperation is the fact that they only have one shower that works well. Two others that used to work as well are broken and have been unusable for months and the remaining four are more like misters than showers. This brings me to the reason I'm posting this complaint.Today after waiting over 15 minutes (for the one shower that works good) and asking a fellow member to hurry up with his shower, I was drawn into a cussing match when he call me a few choice names. I felt bad about the situation but it was just words. I did try to discuss the mater with management but she wasn't there at the time and called me later. Rather than hearing me out she told me that I've been placed on a watch list because the other member told her I'd pushed him and he had witnesses. Well we did have word but beyond that she's believing a total lie and I'm sure there are witnesses to support the truth.It still gets me that it only takes one white person (with a fake witness) to undermine the character of a black man (To Kill a Mockingbird). All of this would have never come to realization if 24Hr Fitness had proper functioning showers or signs posted to remind members to be courteous of others and keep their showers short.Well she's a new manager at the location and trying to take some tough stand I guess. I hope she can get the showers repaired and some signage posted. I've met a lot of good people at 24Hr Fitness Pleasanton and that's one of the secrets of staying in shape. Finding others with a common purpose. I'd hate to have to leave because of one inconsiderate man-child.God forgive us and give us peace. J D Lane
