I love planet fitness I been to many locations as a guest with my mom, but this location, on July 27 late afternoon they gave her a hard time. She had her unlimited black card and they made her download the app in order to even bring the guest. Why does she have a card if it’s not valid? Anyway, I understand trying to implement new things .. but the staff alone were very rude. I was surprise that they treat their members like that. Any location BUT that one.

The gym needs many machines and the machines are dirty most of the times. Too many people for the machines they have.

Aĺl the machines are in working order the place is clean and they have newer then most cardio equipment but the gym is always packed but theirs nothing they can do about that

I would just like to give a shout out to Melissa and Lauryn for always being on top of it. Normally I come to this location Wednesdays around I wanna say 5 p.m. and the gentlemen at the counter is not the greatest with costumer service nor do I ever really see him cleaning. This week I decided to come in on a Tuesday and these two girls really made my day when they welcomed me with a smile and I saw them keeping up with the facility. Keep up the good work!

They don't care about the customer, a woman named Shon, who works at the Coconut Creek - Hillsboro unit, is absurdly rude and never tries to help with customer problems, run away from this person, when you try to ask for help she repeats screaming that the problem is your. I see in the reviews other complaints about the same person made 3 years ago and they just repeat it with a “we are sorry about this” but the company doesn’t care, the employers just repeat the company’s horrible actions and seem to have fun with it everyone

I went into this location to tan today and it makes me never want to go to a planet fitness again. To be fair, I don't think any branch I've been in to tan cleans that well but this was beyond unacceptable. The floors hadn't been cleaned in months and were disgusting and filled with garbage, lint and dirt. I had to kill 2 cockroaches in broad daylight. I took pictures and asked to speak with a manager because someone needed to take responsibility and clean this up. She could have cared less!!! Absolutely should not be in charge. There is not a place to add my pictures. Consider yourselves lucky to not see what I did. .
