All the nice people from the staff have left, I've had multiple bad experiences which is why I've finally decided to cancel my membership. The staff is very rude, unprofessional, not helpful, and always with a nasty attitude specially some lady named Shone. I liked the gym a lot but I go there to release stress and not to get talked down to or for some unhappy employee to ruin my day.

So I transferred from another PF because of issues they had and I went into this gym and loved it right away, it is bigger and more spacious than some others, and most important CLEAN!! The staff is friendly and I could NOT BE HAPPIER. Will be making this my home club for sure!!

Clean, good social distancing, temperature checks when entering and masks required when moving between workout stations. Hand sanitizer and equipment disinfectant placed throughout the gym. Most gym goers are respectable of your space and clean the equipment once they are done using it. Not too crowded even during peak times. Honestly couldn't ask for more from a gym during the pandemic.

Things I love about planet fitness include the following: 24/7 access No judgement from other gym members The mobile app is very convenient with the crowd meter. It helps me decide which times I’m going to go and shows me when it’s not too busy to enjoy myself I love the massage rooms. Helps me relax after my workouts I overall love the atmosphere of the club. By far the best gym I’ve ever been to

Great place to workout. Good machines and a decent variety of dumbbells for beginners to amateurs. However, one thing I would change is the addition of some squat racks and not smith machines. As someone who likes to lift heavy, smith machines aren’t the best for me. Other than that, great gym!

Planet Fitness at Coconut Creek is a great gym. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are very welcoming to any guest who I bring to workouts. It is also clean. The people who go there are courteous about the equipment and cleanliness. I would 100% recommend PF!

I love this place. Great value per money cost. Machines are awesome and enough to have them ready for you when you want them to use. I expend there.almost 3 hours. I can't believe that. Then I go to receive massage at the hydromassage bed and I go home feeling better than never. I am a black card member with only 20 dol a month and even can take a guest with me for free! Of course you do not have no contracts so when I had to stop going last year, I just call them and that's it. When you start you just pay for the remaining days of the month with no extra costs than the monthly membership. The regular one is only 10 dollars!Planet Fitness also promote no critics and respect for every member.Best place to go, definitely.

I'm originally from New England and the Planet Fitness back home doesn't compare to this one. The one on Hillsborough is bigger, has more equipment, it's cleaner and the staff is friendlier. I would definitely recommend joining but if you are a person who likes to use weights then try to stay away from the evening hours because it is super mobbed during that time. It's difficult to keep your routine consistent when everyone wants to use the same equipment.

Feb 2021 Update- still friendly staff and they've gotten better with the check-ins. But still bad with the cleaning. 2 days in a row I've seen the same mask on the floor next to a machine I use. One good thing is they are always stocked up on sanitizers and cleaning supplies.Nov 11, 2020 update- the past week I've been going to the gym during the day instead of my usual 1am or 2am time. Every single time I've had to wait in a line way too long to have my membership card scanned to start my work out while people are at the counter not checking in, or asking questions. There should be at least 1 person only doing check-ins and a different person handling guest without memberships or questions. 5 and 10 minutes is way too long to be waiting if you're already a member and card in hand to be scanned.Its pretty clean and more equipment compared to the ones I used to go to in Miami. But some machines are old and rusted. Tanning beds need to be cleaned and changed out (old, rusted and worn). Staff is friendly. This is the first PF I've gone too where the staff is friendly on all shifts.

The staff is very friendly, they call you by name and are available to help with any needs you may have. The manager is always there and not afraid to get his hands dirty cleaning up, working hard, he stops to say hi to people and to make sure things in the gym are always running smoothly. Employees are very diligent, even though most of them are very young, they are respectful, attentive and you can tell they have a good ense of responsibility. Going to this gym is part if my daily routine, it makes me feel I'm in a good place, a nice atmosphere. I know they will keep it up, just keep working hard, people will take notice.
