Customer service at this location is an absolute joke. Can't assist a someone who has been a member of the gym for over 10 years. Management stands there and doesn't even attempt to assist or offer a solution. What a joke, and a pathetic …

I love those supporting messages all over the walls, for people that are starting that is really comforting! Also , the customer service, people at front desk are GREAT!Equipment is all new , protective measures where taken with perfection to protect people from COVID. Best gym I've ever been in.

Staff is very friendly and over all great. Place is clean and overall I love this gym.. I’ve been coming here or about three years now.My only complaint is I bought some headphones for $20 and when I open the box they were android headphones that are not compatible with iPhones. I asked if there was anyway to get a refund, since I will have to spend an extra $20 or so buy new headphones elsewhere that actually work.Like I literally could not use these headphones and they refused to give me a refund since the box had been opened.I even asked if I could exchange them and all of them are the same type of headphones. So*****Anybody buying headphones here please be aware that they are not Apple compatible none of them*** AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND*****and you’ll have to spend an extra 20 or $30 buying headphones somewhere else I’m pretty upset about this as it completely ruined my workout since I wasn’t able to use them. as they were not understanding of the situation and refused to give me A refund. They should at least make a sign to say not Apple compatible.I wonder how many people went through this. As I’m sure I’m not the first to buy these.

This location disabled the showers so that gym members aren't able to use them. It would be nice if someone from the front desk would tell us that as we walk throught the doors. Some people travel far distances to work and depend on having gym shower availability. Also, there's a guy monitoring the floor to make sure that everyone wears a mask, but how effective is that when he doesn't wear his half the time.

I love this gym and mostly because of the staff! The is so sweet, always welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the equipment. The gym is always clean, well maintained, and has the perfect amount of “busy” with enough machines for everyone.

I would like to let you know I’m very happy with Anwar he is the best trainer he takes care of us , me and my girlfriends. We love the gym it’s very quiet and clean and all the machines are in good conditions. Even the staff are nice and greeting everyone with a smile and we are happy to be apart of this gym .

Clean. Haven't had a problem with equipment not being available. The staff can improve on their customer service as far as smiling and greeting their guests either coming or going. They're usually all serious looking behind the desk, having conversations. I say hello and good bye and their response is either bland or upon walking out they don't respond because they were talking and didn't hear. They need staff to be a bit more cheerful and welcoming maybe even a bit motivational. Like have a great workout etc. Or welcome back. Same for on the way out, have a good day or see you soon.

Just wanted to share the good experience I had today, first I want to start off by saying the staff here is always great and helpful I always look forward to coming to this gym! I have been going through a lot lately and a trainer here I believe his name was Mason noticed and asked me if I was okay or needed help with anything because he had seen me in distress and I honestly wasn't okay but the fact that he showed he cared and didn't even know me made me feel a lot better so I just want to thank him and show him some recognition for his kindness!

Very nice and friendly. Open 24 hours. Not to many people and you can check the crowd meter on your phone.

Great Gym‼️ As a newbie to the gym experience this has begun in a really positive way! My first experience with a trainer was just what I needed. Sadly I didn’t get his name but Tuesday morning session. Hope John can figure that out. John is a great manager professional friendly and helpful. The whole staff are great since it took me a few tries to figure out the lockers. Also the gym is what it says “no judgement zone.” Very comfortable to just come in to workout and folks have helped when I didn’t know how to use a piece of equipment ...so great. Super clean and folks are very cool about wiping down equipment. Totally recommend if looking for a local gym.
