This 24 hour fitness is disabled discriminatory! Yes, they have a good ramp but you are unable to go to the pool/spa the door has a push bar/handle 2' above where a person in a wheelchair can reach and you have to ASK to have someone help you. They claim it's to protect kids yet there is NO kids club thereanymore and there is no ecuse. Other 24 hour fitness clubs with kids clubs have easy access to the pool area, they ALLOW the disabled in, this one will be turned in to Americans with Disabilities, The news media and Elders in Action due to clear disabled discrimination

Great staff, doing their job the way they're supposed to. Always telling you if you're not doing something right so you don't hurt yourself, and that's pretty important when you are new to the gym and all...!

The staff is pleasant and helpful. The zumba is amazing, taught by this tiny Asian women that has this animated large smile the whole time she is dancing. Most of her moves come from PSY Gangnum style.

This club is not one of my favorites but is convenient. During the lunch hours and immediately at the end of the typical workday, this place is very crowded. Usually you are able to find a machine or get to the weights you need, but the locker room is usually where the inconvenience comes in during those times. Waiting for showers or even finding a locker is a challenge. The club is clean and the staff is friendly.

Standard 24 hour fitness. Lots of machines, cardio classes and a small pool. It's rarely crowded which means that there's no wait for the treadmills or precors.

This is a solid place to work out at. Not the biggest gym, but easy to get to if you bike or walk around downtown Portland. The yoga classes are pretty good too :)

Convenient location. Pretty standard: classes included with membership, free weights, machines, cardio. They do have a pretty good quantity of well kept machines with the right variety. The staff is friendly and the price is pretty reasonable.

This location is everything you'd expect in Pearl. A bit younger and a bit fancier. Do you feel like you want to "be seen" when you're working out instead of blending into the background of the gym? Then come here. Service is great and so are the amenities.

I like 24 fitness, but the quality of this particular location is sub-par. Often machines stay broken for a lengthy amount of time, and finding a machine during rush hour is already a problem. The bathrooms don't have enough ventilation. They don't have high rise ceilings yet they use the same super-power lights they would if they had high rise ceilings. This may seem like nitpicking, but try doing some benches when the lights are burning your retina and then talk to me. This location is convenient because it's one block away from work for me, but often I will go out of my way all the way to 1210 NW Johnson because that one is so much better.

The treadmills are all barely running, motors are slow, running pad makes weird noises. The weight machines, short of one row of news ones, are all poorly maintained and old. The gym is tight, crowded with exposed, dusty ceilings and a dirty bathroom. Having been to many of the area 24 hour fitness's, I can't believe this is owned by the same company. Horrible.
