How in the world does 24 hour fitness close. Your name is “24hour” dnt talk abt it if you not abt it. Change ur name to LA Fitness then if that’s the case

Great gym. Has also swimming pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. I'm enjoying here over 2 month already and definitely recommend!

Good location, price & equipment, but A/C deficient. Usually too humid & they don't even measure it. Often too hot. A few inexpensive fans would fix, but they claim HQ won't allow it except in group workout rooms.

I left Downtown Portland at the end of August of 2015 and froze my account at the downtown Portland club with the understanding that that was the best way to cancel my membership. I've just discovered that these people have been charging me a full membership fee since the day I requested a freeze. My fault for not keeping closer tabs on my bank account.Best they would do is a 3-month refund. My advice if you need to cancel a membership don't accept the word of the person you are speaking with.

Great staff & equipment - horrible women's locker room. First let me say this is not my home club -- so, I am comparing to a club that 24 Hour Fitness Corporate has obviously invested more into. I was especially hopeful this location would work out because its close to work and the staff are super great and helpful. The ladies locker room and most especially the showers need an overhaul -- it is prime time disgusting. I literally had water pooling at my feet because the drains were jammed in the ladies shower. Also there was hair pooling around in it too. The outlets are in rough shape. I had to go to four separate outlets to get my hair dryer to work because the outlets were so loose the plug kept falling out of the wall. Also there is ALOT of hair on the floor and in the showers of the ladies locker room would be nice to have cleaning staff on duty during peak times.

There is a 24 fitness every corner, salty price but worth it, the swimming pool was my give away

Very bland, and the staff is somewhat unpleasant. Awkward feel to the bathroom, too.

Staff are friendly, but the place is pretty dirty - floor is gross and benches and machines are constantly need to be wiped off. It's also pretty busy, and I workout late evenings.

The location is conveniently placed and I always REALLY enjoy the body pump instructor named lizzy. I've been to multiple different body pump classes but lizzy makes the class so fun with her goofy personality always making us laugh

I had a 3 day pass. The gym seemed dirty and grimy, maybe too many people for the cleaning crew to keep up. The locker room floors were somewhat slimy. And there is very little space for body weight workouts, it's almost all allocated to weight and cardio machines.
