This review isn’t for this particular gym , but for 24hr fitness in general. I’m not understanding why they’re closing at 9pm?! They’re still charging the same amount of money for a 24 HOUR GYM! It doesn’t make sense especially since after 9pm is the least busy time. Is this about covid or is this about 24hr fitness trying to rip people off and save money ? The hours are the whole reason some people choose this gym. It’s definitely not about the quality, because most 24hr fitnesses are ghetto compared to other gyms. Will be calling 24hr fitness, and hire a lawyer to get my money back for the false advertising. Paying for services I’m not receiving. Everyone should be doing the same !

It's a nice gym, easy to find parking around plus well connected with public transport. Have all equipments, they are quick to repair if something get broke. Kendall she is great. Other staffis good too. I didn't give 5 star coz of smelly locker room. They should do something about it, otherwise it's a great gym to do workout!

On June 4th I was at the gym in my own space minding my workout, then someone cuts in and practically kicks me out of the equipment I was using. Trying to have an adequate talk with that person wasn’t effective, unwilling to put up with harassment and disrespect I went on to report that to the front desk, they would give him a warning, or so I thought. The employee followed to speak with the man, who was onto something. Mine word against his the employee was convinced that I was the actual threat in that situation. Without having much deliberation I was asked to leave. There was no evidence supporting the claim that I was making threats. The wicked man made it all up, however, white men solidarity outweighs the rational when it comes to a choice to be made between a white man and an any other race man,— (Asian in my case) the white would always be the favorite.Perhaps it can spark some attention from the management. However at this point I decided to proceed with termination of the membership.

The staff here is super energetic and nice. I would like to highlight the excellence of the worker named Phillip Kendall I was super nervous about arriving at the gym and he made me feel very welcomed. I also met a fitness coach/advisor named Ian who is very nice! Can't wait to go back!

The stalker is back!! I've complained several months ago to management about this issue and I thought it was resolved but it's not! The problem has actually gotten worse!! The stalker comes within a few feet from me today! I went to the front desk and reported this incident to staff. The stalker claims he's done nothing wrong, he's gotten bold!! I don't feel comfortable or safe anymore! Fortunately, several people have witnessed his behavior! They are appalled that 24 hour fitness allows this kind of behavior to go on at their gym..... other than the "stalker complaint" I like 24 hour gym in general. I don't have a problem with staff.... right now safety is at the top of my mind...I'm at the point that I've stopped recommending 24 Fitness to friends...I can't in good faith recommend this gym if management can't control what happens in their gym. The bottom line is that I don't feel safe anymore nor do I feel comfortable!

Tried to drop by and work out with a friend, but minors need their parent(s) there to sign into a program for insurance purposes. If you want to buy a day pass, the cost is $20.
