The best PF I have ever been to. Its the cleanest gym, has the best equipment, and everything is maintained in mint working condition. The staff are always ready and willing to assist u with anything 24/7. Its the best place to go get a great work out. This gym stand by their logo that everyone is an equal. Everyone who goes there is just as sweet and friendly. Ppl go there for one thing and that is to just work out listening to thier headphones.Many machines. Never a wait unless u go during prime busy hours, but, everybody is very courteous and wipes their machines clean after using per the request of mgmt.The size of this planet fitness is enormous. It used to be a grocery store a long time ago (Food Lion.)The only thing I wish they had was a sauna room or steam room.A lot of free weights. A lot of stationary equipment. This PF has the latest best elliptical machines than other PF I have visited.

Went here from when it opened until last month when I moved. I like the gym, it’s clean and nice but comes with issues.The staff is below average. Most the time you find them on their phones just chillin waiting for someone to walk in while there are empty papers towels holders and people blasting music from speakers. Why does no one enforced the rules here?When I went into cancel today, I had to have arguments with 2 people about my balance who in the end “got their manager” who did exactly what I asked in a simple and timely manner. Reinah was awesome and shined over her employees. If everyone had her attitude that branch would be thriving even more. Give her a raise and a vacation.

Very clean location. The staff are extremely nice and approachable. They greet you even when you pretend not to see them😂😭. People are actually working out here and not just being pervs. The best time to go is when it's empty (very late hours). There is always plenty parking since there is a lot right outside. …

Customer service is always great and the staff is always smiling and willing to assist your needs. It's always a clean workout environment. Never an angry atmosphere. The trainer, Scott, not only knows what he's doing but is dedicated to making sure you know what he knows as far as physical health and strength.

Why do they make ya go thru so much bs to cancel ur membership,you should just have to say you wanna cancel ,or just click a cancel my membership link on the app and be done,you need to give a “letter of intent”

The gym is clean. The staff is great, but the parking lot is no place I want to drive my car in again. Really Planet Fitness. Unfit for cars and even dump trucks.
