24/7 with my crazy work hours I can always depend on Pf to be open so I can still put that exercise work in, and meet new people on their journey to better physical health

Everyone is very friendly. The trainer is knowledgeable and makes all the classes fun. It's also extremely clean for a gym.

No matter who is at the customer service station, always genuinely friendly staff. NO broken or uncalibrated machines, like at the Churchland and N. Military Highway locations. My favorite spot to workout at.

A variety of equipment. Clean facility. Friendly staff. Not a very busy location. Explanation of how to use equipmenton machines. Did not see a scale in this location. Large locker room with giant lockers. Clean showers and stalls

Ive been a member for a while and while the staff is good the policy is not my schedule at work has changed and i dont have time to make it to the gym anymore i haven't been there since August last yeat and have been trying to cancel since they tell me i need to talk to management but everytime i go up there no manager is working so niw i owe them $149.00 and cant cancel till i pay so if i was you i would go to a different gym that cancels a lot easier then them cause you never know what life will throw your way

Everything was fine until I tried to cancel my membership. They lie and dont document any conversation. So when you refer to a conversation you had with a team member, they have no idea what you're talking about. I drove 35 minutes away just told be told I couldnt cancel. Been trying to cancel for 2 months, they didnt let me because they kept lying and I kept getting charged.

This is exactly what a gym should be. Open 24 hours, clean, bright, friendly, and lots of well maintained equipment. The music is quiet enough not to be distracting or audible with headphones. They have an amusing no "Lunk" policy against people who "grunt, drop weights, or judge" even going so far as having a "Lunk alarm" on the wall, though I've never seen it used (it may just be for show). If you want a casual gym to get yourself in better shape this is the one for you. It's hard to argue with ten bucks a month.

Reinah Dennis helped me greatly in my time of need. I'll be honest, when speaking with her my tone wasn't always nice but she kept her professionalism the entire time. She promptly took care of my need. She's the current victory blvd branch manager.
