Dirtylicious Dance Fitness has been one of the GREATEST blessings in my life. I had never heard of it until my friend's bachelorette party. I had such a great time! What struck me most was how much Erica emphasized not comparing yourself to anyone else there, because "this is for you!" I LOVED that she encouraged us to cheer for each other - because each of us were killin it!Dirtylicious has improved the quality of my life so much! My self-confidence has SOARED! My mental health has gotten better - from the super fun routines and from getting my endorphis going through the fitness! Also, my flexibility has increased!I love Dirtylicious so much. I try every week to bring friends. I count down the hours to each class and look forward to the beginning of each week when Erica posts what songs we will be dancing to!Overall, I am an advocate for Dirtylicious and always will be! I am even going to become and Instructor and am so excited!

When you meet the owners you’ll understand why I only put one star. Super scummy company. If Mean Girls was IRL it would be them. Not the kind of people you want to intentionally put yourself around. Also I have met you both multiple times in person.

I love this style of dance and it’s always so much fun! Allee Is an amazing instructor and she always makes you feel comfortable confident and sexy! She goes slow enough for everyone to learn and has fun hyping you up! Amazing experience !

Wow, what a class! I had the best time with Justa being my instructor! She really knows what she’s doing and makes the class SO FUN! On top of that, I always feel so welcome and have the best time. 12/10 recommend and GO TO JUSTAS CLASS, you won’t regret it!

Dirtylicious took me out of a comfort zone I didn’t realize I was in. I finally found a way to be okay with being confident and finding my own self to be sexy as a woman! Being an instructor helped me a million times! I am able to relate to other attendees that have been in the same situation I’ve been in. If you haven’t tried Dirtylicious, you NEED to!
