Planet Fitness

Need to turn up the AC or invest in more fans. The floor is extremely dusty, the massage room needs coat hangers, and the ab ball needs filled with air. Other than that thanks for being available 24/7 . Oh and the ab machine is broken.

This one is bomb! The staff is SOOO friendly and helpful. They are never in a bad mood. And I feel comfortable working out ANYWHERE in the gym. It’s always a bit crowded but that makes it more fun. Love it here!

1/12/2022 UPDATE:So, I spoke to someone at the Planet Fitness worldwide customer service (Hayley) & apparently at ALL planet fitness gyms you can be asked to end membership for doing ANY exercise that they do not already have equipment for. Even exercises that you do without equipment (lungs/push-ups/jogging in place, etc.)There management doesn’t have to give a reason why they can just tell you & I quote “You have to exit the building due to failure of following gym rules”.So…. Planet Fitness in Pueblo,CO. I will be the first to tell you NO JUMP ROPING ALLOWED IN THE GYM, even after workers tell you that you can. Carla the owner was in the building today and the ASM came and told my husband he wasn’t allowed to jump rope and it was against policy. However had seen him do it many times before. I spoke to Gavin prior to me coming up there to get the money they wasn’t going to refund because he use the gym. Apparently since they have new people information and training isn’t relayed properly my husband is at fault. So here it were it gets interesting, Carla started making fun of me!! Like what kind of professionalism. I was saying uh huh to her explaining her side after Carla telling me she wasn’t going to talk to me and she doesn’t get why I am upset. I’m asking questions for clarity but since you want to slam your hand on the desk, make fun of me, and Gavin saying my husband is a liar because its “he say/she say” then yea I just want my money and I will reach out to Planet Fitness worldwide because y’all failed to relay a rule he is being punished.

I finally signed up to Planet Fitness. I'm glad I did. The facilities are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. So far, it hasn't been too crowded and there are plenty of workout machines and tools to use. Maybe it's time for you to get in shape? This is a great place to start your New Years resolution. You won't regret it.

Great value. I love this gym. Staff is very friendly. Atmosphere is positive and motivating.One star off because they don't enforce the circuit training rules. People will often invade the circuit and camp out on a single machine for 30 minutes.Another star off because the showers are filthy and in disrepair. I'm glad the local homeless population has a place to shower but the staff needs to keep the place clean. Often smells like feces. Shower heads busted and taped back together. Floor looks like it's caked in slime.If these two issues are fixed I'll gladly raise my review of this awesome gym to 5 stars.

Love the customer service here! Not my favorite gym set up, and could use more equipment and space but overall it’s a good place to get a work out in.

They have the best tanning beds in all of pueblo & cost less not to mention the best hydro massage beds will turn u into jello oh i guess there is a pretty good gym as an added bonus

Its a great place to start off and build your way up at. I honestly do love the gym and I love the fact that they are open 24/7. Also great staff which is a huge plus.

I have reached out to your manger three times now. One of those times I was told she is going to lunch and will have to deal with it after. But again I have not gotten a return phone call and the issue is no where closer to being resolved. At this point it shows me your manger does not want to help or care about resolving issues.

Went in for a membership as a minor had to sign a waiver signed it 2 years later they say waiver was never signed and pulled off workout equipment after working out there for 2 years. They failed to explain why I was approved for a membership card as I know you cannot get a membership as a minor without parental consent via signature, they said whoever signed us up for the membership was “ill trained” but there is no way to bypass the waiver form as a minor. Cancelled membership.
