If it weren't for the fact that they have equipment most places don't I wouldn't be going here.. I been here 1MONTH!! AND THE PEOPLE ARE RUDE !! They'll sit on barbell racks for HOURS argue when it comes to sharing throwing weights around likef**in gorillas or legit napping Scrolling on their phones... can't even list all the cons smh.. half the ppl in their are tools

The staff behind the desk are great but the gym gets very crowded not enough cable machines. No one seems to care that people leave 45 plates on the plate loaded machines. I would give it four stars but they lack a lot of equipment when it comes to Cable machines. You also have to sign out handles for the cable machines, which is ridiculous understaffed they need to have someone walking around cleaning machines and taking the plates off machines that people leave on or taking control of the gym and getting people to put back the weights. They also need to put some weight trees to put the free weights on.

I just moved to the area and needed a gym close by to get my workouts in. I hate how crowded it can get the app is sometimes incorrect regarding how busy it is. Overall, okay gym. I've been to other crunches out of state that offer more squat racks and flat benches.

The manager & assistant manager of this location were very rude and unhelpful. The assistant manager cut me off mid-sentence ignoring what I was trying to explain. BEWARE of their annual fee when signing up, this is not something they informed me about when even signing up. I have been trying to cancel my membership for the past month, and they did not have the staff nor manager available and made me wait until the annual fee would reoccur and only cancelled it a month later. In total this cost me around 70$! Thanks for the Christmas gift guys, as a college student who is struggling already this definitely was a negative experience towards my mental health and this is a very dishonest move from crunch and their policy.

Kara, my personal trainer, is the best! I’ve been seeing her for 3 months now and she keeps me motivated. She always makes herself available via text incase I have any health/fitness questions and is always so helpful. If it wasn’t for her, I would have given up on my fitness journey long ago. On top of that, Crunch in Braintree is kept well clean and all of the staff are so friendly. A gym membership that is well worth your money!

friendly staff. Corporate needs improvement unless their business model is to finesse people. I was double charged for my membership and it’s been well over 5-10 business days

Throughout my life, as many folks do, I have joined gyms, halfheartedly attended them, and eventually quit without having made much, if any, progress. But upon finding a newfound motivation in life, I came into Crunch Fitness, as per the recommendation from my brother. Immediately, I knew I was going to enjoy the experience. The front desk staff was upbeat, communicative, and as helpful as one could want. I knew I would need guidance in my journey though, and I wanted to maximize my time spent at the gym, and progress towards my goals, so I inquired in regards to personal training. They then scheduled me to see Jake. My initial intake with Jake was fantastic. He was friendly, asked a lot about my health and fitness in the past and currently, and what my goals were, and ran me through a kind of baseline exercise routine. After that, he set me up with Moe Graziano. This dude, needless to say, knows his stuff. Immediately I felt even more motivated to workout than I already had. Not only did he further inquire as to my past/current health and fitness, but he then curated a specific exercise routine for me to follow, as well as further directed me on my current nutrition intake/tracking. He took his time with me in explaining the exact proper form of every exercise, and if I was unable to do something at the time, he modified it or replaced it with something else, and walked me through everything I would need to know to continue working to maximum efficiency every single day I was in there. He has been as friendly and inclusive as can be, and is always willing to help you, whether it is during your session, or just while you both happen to be at the gym, or if you have a question and text him in his off time. A number of times I have come up to clarify something outside of my sessions, and he has been more than willing to take time from his day to make sure he answers my questions fully. Not only that, but he's even walked over and made form adjustments on me in my own solo days, just having seen me across the gym and wanting to help me. Having that direction, the thoughtfulness, and added accountability (cause who wants anyone to be disappointed in them, right?) has transformed me already in the short few months that I have been there, than I have ever experienced in my life. I wouldn't be as far on my journey without his help; and with the knowledge he has imparted to me already, I will be able to maintain an upward trajectory of health and fitness for the rest of my life. Coupling all of this, with the facilities themselves, which are second to none, I cannot overstate my gratitude and pleasure with the entire Crunch Fitness: Braintree experience. From friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff, to a consistently clean workout environment with a plethora of machines, weights, and space, I am truly grateful to have decided to make my way into this place. If you are looking for a spot to work out, and maybe need some guidance, the staff, trainers, and facilities are all top notch, and I strongly suggest you check it out. Thank you kindly to Moe, and to the whole Crunch Fitness: Braintree team.-Stephen Eshner

What a great team at Crunch Fitness - Braintree! My son suffered a severe traumatic brain injury 4 years ago and, against staggering odds, he is working hard to recover. He enjoyed meeting with Jake so much that he allotted money from his very limited income to be able to hire him as a trainer. Jake was no less than excellent; he pushed Peter, encouraged him, and was totally vested in his success. Worth every penny! Thank you, Jake, for being an important part of my son’s recovery. You’re amazing!

It's a really good, low cost gym. Unlike WOW, Planet Fitness or the other low cost gyms, they have real pull up bars and some cool equipment. The staff is friendly, the place is clean.

They never notify their gym members about price being increased. I sent an email about this and no one has responded. Last year the annual fee was $49.99, this year $59.99 with no notifications. I had to pay my bank an insufficient fee due to not letting me know about the increase. I think it’s time to look for another gym. This has happened twice.
