Crunch Braintree is great! This is a great & spacious facility with super new equipment & helpful staff! Manage Chris took care of me big-time recently when I needed his assistance. Thumbs up to Crunch!

My favorite gym, joined in August in 2019 when opened. Great rates, new equipment and nice & clean. Staff is great, ton of classes.

Love Crunch in Braintree. They recruited great instructors. Especially, the instructor, Sueheitie, she is an awesome instructor, great human being. She put her heart into her classes. She teaches different classes, I love her HIIT class. Her Zumba class become big part of my life, each of her Zumba classes booked up in 15min. She used to have 3 classes a week, now down to two, I wish/pray she will teach 3 or 4 or 5 classes a week.

Price of planet fitness, but a real gym, with everything you need and also has heavy bags and classes. Great place to get in shape/train and not break the bank. Also very clean.

I had a membership here since around the time it opened this summer. I’ve enjoyed going, but I just wasn’t a fan of their guest policy if you didn’t have a certain membership. I’ve since cancelled my membership. It was hard to cancel at first, but they have informed me that they will refund me for the last two months when I reached out originally. The staff are pretty friendly and helpful. Overall it has been a good experience.

The gym charged me after my agreement was up and will not refund me my money. I explained to the General Manager, Chris, that I have a child at home that is disabled and at high risk for COVID-19 and he didn't care. All he cared was for his 19.95. They stole my money when I paid for personal training when Nate sold me my training program that included the DOTFIT app. I wasn't told until after they took my money that the owner of that location didn't pay for the app so I was sold something I didn't get.

It’s a nice gym opened recently. Machines are new, works well. Have multiple classes almost everyday day. Morning classes are plus, they are great if you are interested in cycling, HIIT classes. Yearly contract available but you may opt for monthly option which is $5 more every month. You can bring guest if you go with their high end plans. I was at several other gyms before in this area but they all have various restrictions and not worth money they charge, so far this suffices what me and my GF need.

I wish I could give them the rating of negative five star. Crunch is the worst business I have ever dealt with. They will pull every string to squeeze money out of you. Once they got the money from you, that is the end of the story. You will never get the money back no matter what had happened. Even if your credit was charged by their mistake, they will never refund you.I had 12 session of PT at Crunch last year. Toward the end of the PT, I told my trainer that I will not renew the PT. But, my trainer failed to tell the staff about it, and they charged for another 12 sessions to my credit card. I was told that they cannot refund me because it was not their fault. I had to continue another unwanted 12 sessions of PT.This year, the fitness center had been closed for the COVID-19 lockdown. I thought they will allow me to put my membership on hold until the pandemic ends and I feel comfortable going back to the gym. They started charging the monthly membership fee to my credit card since August without notifying me of the gym reopening schedule. I told them I don't feel comfortable going to the gym and asked for refund. They simply told me they cannot refund me, because they posted the reopening on the website.Once they have your money in their pocket, the money is theirs, not yours. They do not run a honest business. I will never go back to Crunch ever again.
