SCAM save yourself the hassle and join another gym. I joined for their $10 membership but they were charging me $21.99 I called and cancelled. The manager there told me not to worry she cancelled my account and i would be refunded. However another month went by and I was charged a 39.00 fee and another $21.99. It has now been 4 weeks and still no refund. They are rude, incompetent, and no one knows what they're doing. That gym also always has a terrible odor. Go smell for yourself

This planet fitness is so small but its the closest to me so I almost always come here!! The manager & employees are awesome but my complaints are mostly w the ppl using the gym!! Ppl are so gross they never wipe the machines or equipment down after they use them!! Have some respect it takes 30 secs.!!!! Other than that it pisses me off that half the tv's don't work lately!! I have a routine of watching the Today Show & GMA while I'm on the ecliptical or treadmill & both those channels gave been off for wks how hard is that to fix??? Mostly gym goers please clean up after urself!!

This gym is definitely on the lower end for PF aficionados. They do not have a black card lounge. No hydro massage folks. That's a wrap. Also the parking situation is very complicated. The good news though, is that they have full soap dispensers in the showers.

This gym is in a sketchy part of town. The gym equipment is pretty old, the building isn't in great condition and has low ceilings (for a gym). I've been to a few Planet Fitness gyms that this has been the worst. Not sure why they have tanning beds.

You get what you pay for. I expect very little from a gym. I accept the fact they have limited range of free weights (70 max), no bench press, etc. Because it's a "gym for regular people." But the employees are rude and keep ringing that obnoxious alarm multiple times up to 20 minutes before closing to try to rush you out of there, then argue with you if you mention anything to them. If you want to close at 640, make the hours until 640 and not 7. But if I want to work out until 7, I don't want to be hassled. It's as simple as that.

I have been at Planet Fitness in various locations for the past 6 years, most of which were adequate. However, the staff at this location is unbelievably rude. Their stated closing time is at 7pm...however, at 6:45 a very rude, aggressive woman rounds up customers like cattle, getting in their face and telling them to get out. My partner and I watched several customers get in a screaming match with her threatening to contact the manager but she didn't seem to care. Then we watched her lock up the gym and leave 5 minutes before stated closing time. Unbelievable.

Recently replaced the machines which makes it a lot better. The staff is okay - not always available when you need them to be. Gets very crowded during regular after work hours (5-7pm).

Good size gym. Its not the gym I signed up with for the black card. tried to use it here and they said they don't participate in it or some crap. Still let me and my guest in but what the hell? I never went back. I thought black cards let u into any planet fitness

DON'T JOIN PLANET FITNESS if you want to get really physically fit and for athletic purposes! But if you have no set goals that might be a place for you. I once was a member of PF and was semi satisfied. As my goals changed and when then they started to remove essential equipment I realized it wasn't a helping me and I quit. I hate change but it was the best thing that I could do for my physical and health goals. What you pay for and what you get is almost a good deal. At this particular location though dealing with the negative attitude of the manager, some of the fellow members, and some of the desk staff it's not worth it. Especially when because of these poor attitudes have caused some ejected members to put bullet holes into the gym windows while the gym was closed. The equipment is ok but is crammed into a small location which at peak times can make it like a 20 man wrestling battle royal. Bathrooms are always kept clean and despite how some of the members leave them. All in all if you want to pay too much for what you get, want to half ass a way towards being healthy while being crapped on by the manager join this type of gym. Because you'll not see results, not go because the "judgment free" zone doesn't apply to the Manger or can't get onto a machine because it's too small and too crowded.

I am a black card member at the gym and tried to bring a guest. The manager accused me of sneaking my guest in, even though I pay double to be able to have guest access. He was so rude and refused to let my guest enter. I would never recommend this gym to anyone, unless you want to be harassed and accused of having no integrity despite a service you pay for.
