I like the location of this particular PF. It has 2 floors and it’s nice and clean. It’s on the waterfront which is pretty. It’s a little tricky to get to it but once you figure it out you’re good.

The ladies and men at the front are always so welcoming, which is so great, especially in an atmosphere where people are trying to better themselves - it really is a no judgement zone! Also clean too!

This is probably my favorite planet fitness in the area. Running on the treadmills and watching the red line pass by on a bridge is a vibe. There is a good amount of machines and free weights. Great place to work out!

I came for my daily work out and I told the front desk which was an Asian lady that I couldn't find a mask and I didn't have a card with me to pay $1 for the mask , is ridiculous how she said "good luck finding one in your car"? I'm absolutely disgusted with her attitude when all I asked was to give me a pass this time with the mask, I will never return to this location and ill get a refund .

I overheard the two girls at the front desk talking negatively about a gym members appearance. I thought the gym stood for No critics! Disappointing,, as women should stand by each other and empower one another, but that just goes to show their maturity level. Still little girls….. The two main reasons this gets five stars is because the male manager is awesome, Second it is by far superior with cleanliness. I frequent many planet fitness all over the state of Massachusetts and never do I see people on their hands and knees scrubbing the machines like I do at the Dorchester location. Good job,, Maybe have a constructive conversation with the girls in the front, You work in a gym for god sake’s, it is quite literally the last place that an employee should be commenting on a customers appearance, not OKAY

I do not come to the gym to be insulted and harassed by their “Personal Trainer”. I am a fitness professional who maintains a PF membership for when I travel and for a quick workout closer to home. When I respectfully declined the {terrible} advice of their personal trainer, he went on to insult me and berate me for 5 minutes during my workout before he stormed off making a sarcastic comment about me under his breath. I have reached out to management (days ago) and have yet to receive a response from their regional manager. Women have a right to work out safely without being harassed, especially by staff.

1st time visiting with my Black Card membership & was pleasantly surprised by the gym's configuration on 2 floors. I did notice the upper level (where cardio is) felt a bit too warm vs ground level which is well ventilated. Staff & members are friendly, while I noticed most members exhibited courtesy with wiping down, putting equipment away, & mostly keeping their masks on properly. Men's locker room is clean with modern-looking lockers & changing rooms pre/post showering. With this positive experience, I may be returning for more workouts at this location for sure. 2 thumbs up for this PF location!

No hot water in the mens showers again. This has been at least the third month in a row this is happening. Which leads me to ask what is going on with the hot water. Why can’t I take a shower hot shower after a work out?Instead cold water coming out shower head, even after 10 minutes of running water?

Ive worked with the trainer for the past 7 months, and he has helped me tremendously. This is the happiest I’ve ever been with my body. Since working with Ryan, he has helped me progress quickly, and makes sure I’m safe while doing so. I have nothing but good things to say about Ryan. He has been so helpful and I’m grateful for him working so closely with me. I fully recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer.

This is the best Planet Fitness I have ever been to. I can safely say that it is the nicest one in Boston. It is really spacious, two-floor gym with lots of different machines. It’s always clean and everything is always working, amenities included, which has always been a problem for me in other planet fitness locations, since I love using the HydroMassage Bed and the tanning booth. It never feels too crowded or awkward since everything is so spread apart. The staff is welcoming and always pleasant.
