Very clean, professional staff and they keep up with cleaning and maintaining the machines and equipment. The staff are always frienly and helpful including to my 83 year old mother and 79 year old father who go with me 5 days a week

Terrible staff and terrible gym!!!! My Locker has been broken into twice and staff won’t even let me talk to them about it…all they do is cut me off and say ‘we can make a police report’… claims staff doesn’t cut locks, but I have literally watched them do so, and even saw them cut the wrong lock, and just toss it in the trash…one employee rushes you to finish your workout when he closes, even if you still have time…I rather drive to the kenosha location or pay for a day pass somewhere else in town, than to make use of my black card membership here….I do not recommend this place to anyone who values there possessions….Edit: (7/11/2021) oh trust me I did speak to a manager….they were the one that couldn’t have cared less, wouldn’t even let me talk to them about the situation, and only offered to file a police report…not once but twice…

Very clean, awsome showers, friendly no nonsense staff. Gets busy at times but i figured that out. Price is crazy good and open 24 hrs. Works for me.

I would be giving 5 stars, however in light of the recent pandemic I am in awe that they STILL refuse to supply hand sanitizer. There is ONE station literally hidden in an area of the gym that no one actually works out in.To me this should have been a no-brainer all along, but especially now to not have a bottle of hand sanitizer located on each trash can seems somewhat enethical.I have made this suggestion more than once.Do better.

Unlawful place that steals people's information. Xperience member and they charged us and took our money and refuses to give us a refund WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION and the supervisors are cowards and won't return our calls or be available to talk to any of us. I contacted the bbb, lawyer, and the governor.

The facility is beautiful very clean up scale. I was at xperience fitness and even though its not as large it looks for up scale and I'm excited for the new experience and tanning beds.

They transferred my account from Experience Fitness to Planet Fitness without me giving them approval to do so. When I called, the manager said I had to come into the gym to cancel. Then they told me I had to write a letter and send it to them. Terrible customer service...I will never go to planet fitness again in my life.

I hate to give this gym a one star based on what I'm about to say when in all actuality it's a five. I have to make a review because planet fitness corporate will not respond to the matter pertaining safety during this pandemic.Planet fitness should to be open 24 hours to keep it from being crowded during limited hours for a few reasons. I totally understand why there is reduced hours but it initially wasn't because of covid-19, it was the cerfew that was the effect of covid-19 and that cerfew has been lifted for months. Less hours means bigger crowd's and less safe. Also there is those who prefer to workout later and those who only can work out late. It's definitely a profitable move to cut a shift and use less energy for the company but is making extra cash really worth it? I really love planet fitness but I thought you cared about our health and safety more than money.

I was at the Mt. Pleasant, WI location tonight and had a great time working out until I was approached by a guy in the locker room where he began to intimidate me and made me feel like my safety was being threatened. As soon as he left, I went to the manager and informed him of what occurred to which i was met with “Okay. Okay. Okay.” I could have told him that the building was on fire and he wouldn’t have cared. He just stood there and did nothing, meanwhile i’m looking into joining a new gym where i won’t feel like i have to watch my back because of some psycho guy. You heard it here, zero tolerance for gym-timidation, but actual intimidation is 100% acceptable.

I think i speak for alot of people , we NEED the gym opened up 24/7Covid-19 does not come alive at 9 pm.This is ridiculous. I want the freedom to be able to go and workout anytime I feel like it. I work in the afternoons to the early am the fallowing day. Im paying full price membership fees for almost half the time that it should be available to all.Please bring it back to 24/7 not everybody is on a specific routine. Sometimes I cant sleep and would like to workout to burn some energy so I can. I was going to the gym to help with my depression and now I cant due to hours.PLEASE CONSIDER , I KNOW IM NOT THE ONLY 1 THAT FEELS THIS WAY. BEST REGAURDS D.NEUMAN
