Still have to wear a mask and social distance but the times I've gone it hasn't been altered my workout and the equipment availability they do have signs on equipment that u cant use in order to provide more distance they also have hand sanitizer at the cleaning station as well they are not open 24/7 yet I've called them to have that changed on google if u dont feel ready yet u will have to go into the gym to freeze ur account if u want to wait a lil longer or cancel all together

Best gym!!! Awesome value!! Clean machines. Super friendly staff. Love the amenities for the price. Quick and convenient. Other gym-goers always happy!!

The gym is fine. Often overcrowded, but for 10/mo what can you expect? The low rating is due to the fact they have not gone back to 24 hours yet.

Avoid at all costs! For one, this location entered into an agreement with Xperience Fitness in Racine to purchase their members' contracts when it closed with NO notification for the Xperience members until they started to get billed. Secondly, I had to freeze my service because of the pandemic. I wanted to cancel outright, but they would not allow me to cancel without appearing in-person, so I accepted the conditions of the freeze, which they allowed me to do by phone. I called February 17 to extend my freeze, which they had allowed me to do by phone in the past, but then told me that their policies changed (again, unbeknownst to members like me) and freezes needed to be done in person. I traveled to the location, 11 miles each way, on my lunch break on February 17, and then they charged me that same day for a month of service that I never got. I had to call and email the store several times, and though the associates agreed with my plight, the managers refused to issue me a refund. If you value your money, do not go to Planet Fitness; it was fine at one point, but now they nickel and dime their members and do not communicate with them important policy changes that will ultimately affect your account.

Very clean. Really pleasant friendly staff. No judgement zone for real! Nice facility! Bathrooms & showers super clean and nice. I enjoy the red light therapy as well, Big plus!!

Facility is moderately clean. Just your standard planet fitness.Update: this location has done a 180 downhill since my last review. Staff there now is very careless and don’t take complaints seriously. I will not be coming to this location anymore.

I tan religiously but be sure to clean the stand ups and lay downs before and after yourself because they sure as hell dont. The last time I had #7 there was previous garbage and it smelled like that persons gross body. I know that's PEOPLE animals not picking up after themselves but thats on planet too to clean up after there guests if they rudely don't.

I have had the worst experience trying to cancel my membership. I decided to go with another gym, never went to Planet fitness besides to cancel the membership. As of today 12/24/20 after being told my membership was canceled, I'm still being charged. I've gone to the facility several times, called several times, was told my membership was canceled but never received a confirmation email and now after 1 year they're still charging me. At this point I'm tired of the run around and feel I should seek legal action. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I enjoy the gym a lot though I have been away due to a heart attack/ heart failure.I was gone fo 5 months and it was nice to walk back in,be recognized right away with a warm welcome back, hope you're feeling better, let us know if you need anything and enjoy your workout.

Great gym! They are always very clean and the staff is willing to help out when you need something. Love the assortment of machines and how many there are; never have to wait to use a machine.
