I used planet fitness in Albuquerque NM but this place isn't organizedThey used everything by your phone app no longer using black cards for membership they didn't even have me in the system.I have to go there again to get my membership added to the system.I really don't like that they don't have towels and stuff out for the public when we had them in bigger place than this place Racine.COVID they went down to basic not worth the money for black card membership.

Always thought PF was known for being 24 hours but i got off work today at 8 pm and came to work out expecting them to close at 10 pm like most saturdays but for some reason they’re closed at 7pm on a saturday. It’s awesome when it’s open but paying a membership each month for it to close at 7pm on a saturday is disappointing

I love this location! All the workers are very friendly, environment is clean and safe. This location has improved so much throughout the years. This is by far the best and most friendly gym I’ve ever went to.

I like that PF is very clean. Employees are seen sanitizing equipment throughout the day. If they are not working with a client, they are cleaning. I also enjoy one of their 3 relaxing end of workout amenities… tanning, total body enhancement or the Hydromassage. It feels like my own little “reward” for the day.

If I could give zero stars I would. I got a daypass from the website because I was interested in joining the gym but wanted to check it out first. Mason, although not rude, didn't know what he was even talking about, how did he not know about daypasses? He kept telling me I'd need a member with me but no I got this daypass from the website. Then he said that it was only for a tour so I said fine (even though it wasn't JUST for a tour) then he told me the other employee was too busy to give a tour. Your staff customer service is horrible and I'll not be attending this gym. I'll go to kenosha.

Planet Fitness is without a doubt. The best gym I have ever worked out in. They fit any budget. Very inexpensive and they offer you everything and more that a health Club can offer. You need to check them out. You won't be sorry.

The night shift crew deserves some recognition. They are extremely polite and always cleaning and helping people. They go out of their way to ensure it's clean and always make sure the tanning booth is clean. They have a really positive attitude and it's a comfortable atmosphere to exercise in the middle of the night.

This is by far the best Planet Fitness in Wisconsin. The staff is phenomenal and the gym is very clean. The Manager Brandon goes above and beyond, is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service as well as being personable. I will recommend this location to those that are looking for a well run fitness establishment. Keep up the great work.

I love PF. The only con's are they could be a big bigger and it would be nice if they had a pool or a hotub. Or even a partnership with someone who does :) that isn't really a con, more of a recommendation.
