Large, spacious and clean facility. Two problems: even with all the lessons we have learnt from the pandemic they still allow clients to come in with towels from home into the gym. Nothing can be more unhygienic than using a towel from home to wipe self while working out. The towel gets draped and is in contact with far more surfaces than the client is able to clean. At any one time there are 2-5 staff members at desk. Surely they can keep an eye out and counsel clients using home towels to use the disposable paper towels instead. Also, the planetfitness app does not have the ARC Trainer listed in the workouts. You can not track your performance via the app if you use the ARC Trainer. I sought help at the desk and was told it was not possible to add it. There is no other equipment than can approximate the ARC Trainer except the Elliptical Trainer. I tend to use both each gym day. They should be able to add the ARC Trainer.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for such a long time. One person says I could go in, while the next says they are only excepting certified letters dur to covid. I am 1 of many who don't have the luxury of shorting my hours, because both my jobs are in the medical field. I always work 11 am till 11 pm Monday thru Friday the 9 till 7 on a Saturday. How exactly is it fair for your company to still advertise its 24 hour convince when that's not even applicable? The billing department has no problem charging me every month though??

The gym is great! The only thing is when you go in at 5am sometimes there is papertowels on the floor in the cup holders, could be a little cleaner. The staff is wonderful and very nice!

My husband and I had been members for 4 years at this location. We had asked during COVID to have our memberships downgraded from black and they said we had to go to the location. A little difficult when they were all closed. So we decided to cancel our memberships once the location reopened. The girl said she could cancel but we would still be charged and still have active memberships until the middle of October. We told her we did not want them or the charges to be processed she said only a manager can stop the charges. Which the manager of course had supposedly just left when we went in to cancel on a motorcycle so she could not contact him so, he was to call the day after we cancelled never did and when my husband called the next day the rude girl at the desk said he would not have time to call him that day either even though he would be in eventually. It is now almost 2 weeks later and still no call. This place and Planet Fitness corporate have NO customer service skills and only want your money. As our annual fee is about to process and of course no one contacts us so there is no way to stop it. We have never felt so disrespected by a company. My recommendation go somewhere else.

** Clean and friendly. The perfect gym EXCEPT... **One year into this pandemic and still offering banker's hours. 7am on weekends is unacceptable. I signed up for the 24 hr access, getting ready to make a move and friends coming with. I used to complete my 2hr workout before 5am, now it's their new casual M-F opening time. I guess the owner sleeps til 9am, has a relaxing breakfast and works out around noon. Not expecting sympathy from anyone, just would appreciate my money's worth. Get half as much , I should pay half as much.

Used to like the place. Closes at 7pm on Sat and Sun. Closes at 8pm in Friday. Rest of the week at 9pm. I work swing shift. My time to work out was 1 to 2am. There were others there at that time, not just me. I got my membership because it was 24 hour access. I found another gym that is at least open until midnight.Don't blame covid for the shortened hours. Plenty if other businesses are open and doing just fine. So lame.

Great service when signing up. Clean equipment, pretty empty at 1230-1pm on a weekday. Would have appreciated a tour and explanation of areas cleaning of equipment, etc. Overall, looking forward to my health journey and partnering with planet fitness.

Lots of equipment .People are there to get there workouts done. I waited at the desk for all most 10 minutes to sign up . After everything was great

I love the energy of this gym. It's a stress free, no judgement zone, and you can just work out without a care. Also, the thanos hand chairs are a nice touch.

I was always impressed on how clean this particular Planet Fitness was. Even before the virus I saw them cleaning thoroughly. They also did their best in helping you with a workout plan.
