Normally a pretty good location, but I'm in here today after Covid-19, with asthma, wearing my mask correctly, and about 1/3 of the people, and a staff member either aren't wearing their masks or are wearing them incorrectly. One guy has his on top of his ball cap. Very effective, sir. Makes me not want to come here if they don't care enough about my safety to make sure people wear their masks correctly. At least this isn't the location in Pottstown, PA, which fat shamed me. #lookingforanewgym

Love PF and how affordable it is plus the close proximity to my home. The only thing I'm not a fan of is even with a black card if you go to another location more than 10x in a month they will charge you an additional $20, which I think is unfair especially if you're on an extended trip or travel for work alot, but I suppose it's how they make a profit. Still less expensive than most gyms with no contract! 👍

Very clean, great atmosphere, and plenty of machines available for use. Employees are great and will help you with anything you may need. Wish we didn't have to wear masks the whole time but its policy and I finally can get back in the gym. Highly recommend this gym.

Just moved in to the area and started working out at this facility. I have been a planet fitness member for over 3 years and this is the nicest facility in Berks in my opinion.

The so called “manager” named Savanah, in the reading area, provides TERIBLE service. I came in with questions about a missing item and she totally ignored me and was talking on her CELL PHONE. Rude rude rude girl.

Horrible gym poor customer service. Did don't hold up their end of the bargain on what they say we're supposed to get as members. What gym offers candy and pizza and bagels I don't think any gym does. They do this so members don't lose weight and they keep coming back over and over and over that's why the membership is only $10 for the basic and the black card membership is $21.99

I like coming here most of the time. Sometimes the staff is rude. They stand at the counter and talk and literally ignore you as your waiting to speak to them. Not all of them but some of them are like that. All in all I like it and would recommend the place. Lots of equipment and clean too.
