Tom's Sunday morning class was absolutely great! I have been looking for an OTF in Norcal that could live up to the excellent team at the La Jolla OTF. I do believe I have found it!

I really enjoy the sense of community around the studio, together with the sense of inclusiveness - people of all ages and fitness levels participate and are encouraged to improve their fitness level in a supportive environment.

High energy, variety, passionate/encouraging coaches, a "push yourself" environment without feeling like you're competing against others. Doesn't matter your physical level - we all have something to burn for!

Great trainers, friendly staff, fantastic workouts for 1 hour and lacks the "bro" element that most gyms have. I recommend OTF to everyone.

The lady who worked on Friday 11/24 WAS fantastic. I was a few minute late to my first session in RWC and she helped me effectively and was patient. 10/10.

It changes, it's challenging and it's broken down into doable parts so you can make it through the hour. It's the only gym where I consistently push myself and get that vigorous workout I need in order to change my body and keep my heart in shape.

Best thing I ever did! Full body workout with cardio. Love the people and workouts. Keeps your muscles guessing. The trainers work with you if you have physical issues. I don't feel judged at all. I can't say enough good things about this place/program!

The work outs change during the hour I'm there at a pace that keep me engaged. The exercises are short, so you don't get bored. Each day is something different, so it makes you want to go, just to see what the day's workout is all about.
