Studio K-Fit

I love reading everyone else's reviews because they are so right! In terms of the community, this is a come as you are (but leave better...) kind of place. I started working out here four years ago after my third baby and have been a member ever since. I appreciate how the workouts are hard, but low impact to keep injuries at bay. This allows for the studio to have an inspiringly athletic age spread that you'll want to be a part of! Come work out with me! :)

Hands down the best fitness studio around! Competent, positive coaches, varied workouts, supportive peers, and just an overall environment of positivity. I always leave the studio feeling better than when I walked in. And I’ve been walking in for over 10 years!

My wife and I have been long-term clients of the studio, going on more than 12 years now. The expertise of the training staff cannot be matched by other studios or gyms. The variety of sessions and work-outs keep us continually challenged. We owe our fitness to Studio K-Fit!

Studio KFit is unique in that it is a fitness community that is encouraging, challenging, and fun! Even after a tough workout everyone in the class shares a sense of accomplishment and camaraderie. I cannot recommend it highly enough!!

K-fit is like Cheers, but for working out. Everyone knows your name and you get a great workout. What more can you ask for? Shout out to Sawyer, Kendrick, Katie, and Liz, some of the awesome trainers I’ve had the pleasure of working with.

K-Fit is a transformative community. Kendrick and Angie have done a fabulous job building a studio that is spirited, challenging and full of friends. The coaching staff is positive and will mix just the right amount of fire into the day to keep you on your toes. If you are looking for a Studio to get fit, have fun and make friends, I highly recommend Studio KFIT.

I have been going to classes at K-Fit for years, usually in the morning and sometimes in the evening. Kendrick and his team of instructors always make me feel welcome and working out together with other clients is fun. I feel happier every time afterward.K-Fit continues to make my day. The program is different every day and keeps it fresh and exciting. Exercising with other clients in group classes with the guidance of fun instructors is motivating.

K-Fit is such a special place. It isn't just a work out but a community that supports each other. If you are scheduled for a workout, you look forward to it all day long. Although you are in a group and regardless of your level there are ample moments for modifications and personal coaching. Once you try K-fit, you won't want to workout anywhere else.

Love this place. I’ve been a member of Studio KFit for about four (maybe five?) years now. I joined because of the (awesome, effective) workouts, and I’ve stayed because of the flexibility and the community. Flexibility, meaning the workouts are doable for many people at vastly different life stages - for example, I kept working out at KFit through a pregnancy (until 37 weeks!) and started again postpartum, and I’d be working out next to someone working on a Boston marathon qualifying goal, or working on building muscle. Somehow, everyone is doing basically the same workout, together, in community, supporting and (sometimes literally) cheering for each other, while also each starting from their own place and working on their own goals. It should go without saying that Kendrick and the whole team of coaches are amazing. By the end of pregnancy I was of course modifying nearly everything, and they supported me every step of the way. I’m so glad to have found this place.

My sister introduced me to K-Fit, and we go together. I found the gym to be good for me (who works out once a week) and yet it also appeals to others who clearly have been athletes in their past. I like having the circuit structure to follow, and we get put into pods by our level. The exercises change every time. Kendrick, the owner, creates an unusually nice sense of community there. Everyone pitches in and helps out.
