Joining K-fit Studio has definitely been one of my best investments for myself. Hands down, it beats the large gyms and the “solo” journey which led me eventually to square one. I haven’t felt this great, and confident in a long time, even before COVID. The caring trainers and well thought regimented workouts has me pumped day in, and day out. I remember when I joined the Nutrition Challenge for my first time. It was a win/win for me as the cost was going to be a chance to win money and a good chance to loose weight. During that period I was able to loose 7lbs, which was a victory within itself. A month and a half later, I had a check up with my doctor and to my surprise, I had lost another 7lbs! It’s so true when they say “small changes can lead to big results.” Positive habits start with small changes, I started going to K-fit and today I can see my body toning. Not only have I lost weight but it’s felt like I’ve also reversed my aging. I feel so much more like myself, and it’s all thanks to K-fit.

I am so grateful I joined StudioKFit. I was looking for a small gym and its proximity to my neighborhood makes it so easy to go regularly. Hiking and walks during covid were nice but finding a fully vaccinated gym to get more fit is a dream. Having done many types of workouts and various big gyms, the small group training and personalized approach is so refreshing. I know this is the one for me for the long run. So many of the members have been going for years. Trainers including Kendrick and Gosia are so positive, supportive and knowledgeable and every workout is different. And it really does feel like a community - I highly recommend StudioKFit!

I have been attending classes at Studio K-Fit for just over 3 months now and the whole experience has gone over and above my expectations. In addition to the well-designed and varied workouts, there is a personal touch that I have not found at any other gym. I truly look forward to attending classes here because the team of trainers are constantly encouraging us and are always willing to modify or challenge us when needed! Improving fitness levels can seem like a daunting, monolithic goal but the team at Studio K-Fit focus on small and sustainable changes that make the process far more manageable and enjoyable. Would highly recommend!

Studio K-Fit is just what I was looking for in a workout. It’s a fantastic combination of strength/cardio/core, in a friendly environment. I love the combination of solo (and partner) work within a small group setting to motivate and customize to your level. Any level can achieve a great workout here. Kendrick is fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about Studio K-fit. I’ve been a member for about 2 years and I’ve never not looked forward to coming. Workouts are highly effective and I find them really fun — there is often an element of competition (with others or with oneself) which fires up the athlete in me. :) The staff is super knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging.If it was just effective workouts that would be enough, but this gym offers way more. I love that I can walk into this place and I am known. The community is incredible - personable, supportive, positive. Weekly emails are inspiring and uplifting; the philosophy of this gym is centered on health for your whole being, not just physical. They run nutrition challenges periodically, and are often promoting ways to give back to the community, raising money or collecting donations for various causes. Truly feels like I’m part of a team here. Great vibe. Thanks K-fit! 😘

Update:In the almost year since I wrote this review, I am still a weekly member of Studio K-Fit, I continue to get stronger! I am proud to have maintained my 50+ lb weight loss while continuing to still lose weight and inches, and I attribute this to sticking with a workout routine here more than anything. It is such an encouraging environment, and I especially enjoy the teamwork during the small workout classes that adds to your personal motivation and accountability during that hour. The month-long nutrition challenges yield results as well as help me stay on track despite a busy, stressful work schedule. I highly recommend trying this gym if you are looking to change your life!_______________Studio K-Fit has changed my life, in a real way, for the better. When I took my first session with personal trainer Agi last summer, I was at a point in my life where I truly had a hard look at myself and knew something substantial needed to change. Not with my “looks”, but with my overall health. I lacked cardiovascular stamina to go on hikes with friends, was constantly exhausted and stressed out, and feeling too depressed to take care of myself. I have always been so afraid to push myself with cardio exercise because of past injuries and just plain fear. But I knew I would never get better without taking that chance and pushing through the pain.Even though it was challenging, Agi made sure it wasn’t SO much exertion that I felt that I would die, but elevated myself beyond what I believed I previously was capable of. I have been going to class about once a week over the past 8 months, and I have lost about 50 lbs and gained so much happiness and strength. I did this all without “dieting” or depriving myself, but with the community at Studio K-Fit, I transformed my attitude toward myself and how I should respect myself with food and self care. I am thankful that the focus in achieving this goal was actually just getting healthier and feeling better, and looking on the outside how I feel on the inside is just a bonus.My personal training sessions at Studio K-Fit consist of a circuit that balances cardio, strength training, and core exercises. One-on-one we alternate between cycling, rowing, skiing, push-ups/pull-ups, and work with free weights that is always diverse and keeps me constantly engaged. The Nutrition Challenges lead by Kendrick have also really motivated me to stay accountable in how I eat and take care of myself before and after the holidays. I would highly recommend giving Studio K-Fit a try, either for personal training or their group sessions.

Studio K-Fit is a friendly and welcoming place with knowledgeable and supportive staff. They offer great group classes which are high intensity interval training focused on all body workout. I joined the studio a few years ago and this place has helped me get in the best shape of my life. Highly recommend it.

Studio K fit is by far the best workout studio I've ever been to, and I've tried a lot. Studio K fit has amazing trainers as well as programs to fit everyone. I just finished a 28 day reset and lost 15 lbs and it was easy. Workouts and meal programs designed to fit my schedule and my family. Highly recommend studio K fit for those looking for a healthier life style and those looking to maintain.
