We joined here about 6 months and could not be happier with the layout of the facility. The equipment is very well maintained and the staff have always been helpful! Keep up the great work swac.

I really love this place. Great vibes just walking in the door. Pool is open, decent class schedule, and the equipment; while it isn't brand new, is definitely in well enough condition. Probably one of the largest selections when it comes to variety of workouts. Racquetball courts, spa. Im telling you that this place has it all.

I first went to this gym back in 2009 and then went off to college. I was there about 4 years. I started going there again in 2017 and cancelled my membership this year.I sent them a email that I would like to cancel and they sent me a drafted message completely disregarding a question about a refund for the months they charged me related to COVID-19.A personalized email to the member would be much more professional, but I understand time is money. For the $100 dollars that I was not reimbursed for was time spent that I will never get back. That is ok, but I hope this message will relay to Sports West. Management needs to do a better job making a personal connection with customers this isn't the same business model of the 1970's-2000's.

I love my club. A 24 hr gym in my neighborhood (with steam room and sauna in non-covid times!) is fantastic. The teacher/trainers are inviting and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that I pay over $100/mo to have access to pilates classes, but there is only one weekly class after 5pm.

Well maintained facility and great staff. It's by far the most "socially oriented" club I've ever belonged to. If you're new to town and want to meet local people while working out, this is your spot.

I went to Sports West's review page and noticed my 1 star review has disappeared so I checked on my Google account and my review has been removed from there also. It seems that her review number must not be accurate if she is able to remove bad reviews. What's the use of reviewing a business on Google if the business owners can keep only the ones they like on their review list?

Was told after the pandemic if I wanted to continue to be a member I had to pay for April cause my card wouldn’t let them charge me for services not available. Came in today to talk to dee dee and she was more concerned about making payroll for a month that’s over then my business in the future. Sucks for you I work Behind one of the most exclusive steakhouse bars in this town and people ask where I do and do not work out.

A great full equipped gym; every fitness machine and item available. One major problem for me personally; they couldn't workout their contractual differences with the 'Silver Sneakers' program a few years back. Perhaps by potential greed, me and SOO many others have lost out...

I lost so much money there because of a mistake on there behalf, promised to work with me on fixing the problem but never did anything about it, DeeDee there manager won’t help anyone if it’s inconvenience to her so don’t bother asking the higher ups for help, when I decided to cancel my membership that’s when I started getting more problems of still being charged even though I wasn’t a member anymore, I asked for a new card at my bank to stop the charges which fixed the issues but was getting collection mail. Don’t waste your money there

The owner says we are wrong to tell the truth about her treatment of customers during this crisis. When people lost their ability to feed their families and pay their bills, she made us pay her bills. Then she tries to shame us for for expecting fair treatment , and the service we paid for. She said we can have a gift certificate for services that I don't need or desire. Maybe she should support her members, not abuse them.
