Love this gym so much. The workers have always been so friendly and wonderful, the equipment is clean and I always feel so safe here. 10/10. My favorite place to be.

Tried to go sign up today and they wouldn’t even let me in to see the place, tried to charge me $60 to take a look around. You pay to advertise and when a prospect walks in the door you turn him away.. business 101!! Then he gets on yelp and google and shares his experience. Advertising dollars hard at work. Reno gyms are hilariously bad, my impression is this place is no exception. Lifetime would just absolutely murder here. Why has no one made an excellent gym in Reno yet? SouthRAC is the best, but with no pool and limited hours it’s just not quite great. Come on Reno - get it together!!!

This place is fantastic! It’s open 24hrs which is perfect for my hectic work schedule. They have plenty of equipment and are never too busy. They have a pool, sauna, and a steam room! It’s also attached to a luxury spa and have great deals as well as very skilled massage therapists. I have been coming here since 2012. Love it!

The club is immaculate, amenities are always kept up in pristine condition, ie. the steam room and dry sauna. The saline pool is in wonderful condition, perfect for lap swimming. They have any sort of equipment you may need up to and including TRX , functional fitness body accoutrements, balls, bands, etc...also: if you are on injury reserve there are excellent alternatives to help you get back into wellness. The trainers are knowledgable and highly qualified. Whether you are an athlete, recovering from a stroke or simply need some professional guidance, there are an assortment of trainers to choose from. The club offers a Pilates studio and many other extras, racquetball, boxing, yoga, swimming classes, water classes. The price is right, they don't take advantage of you and the membership coordinators are extremely helpful and will give you options to fit your needs, not their commission structure.I can't say enough about this club, it's a best kept secret in Reno.

I've worked out at this gym, off and on, for years. I love the atmosphere and the staff is always kind, curteous, and helpful. I never have to wait for cardio equipment, free weights rarely have a weight, and they offer a large selection of classes.

Great gym, with lots of equipment and fantastic instructors. One of the few gyms with a half olympic size pool, suitable for swim and tri training. New spin bikes with power meters and color code enabled displays. Lunch-time classes of 45 minutes on these bikes do help improve conditioning within a reasonably short time. Most classes included in membership. Great, clean shower facilities with steam room and sauna.

Overall a good gym. First, the air at the end of the pool is blowing cold and makes it unbearable to enjoy a swim. It's been like this since I joined. The recumbent bikes, stairmasters and elliptical bikes are too close together making it difficult to get on them. On the bright side, they have towel service, lockers, coffee, juice bar and so far the staff has been great to me.

Great Team. High quality club. Great Amenities. Pool, Spa, Steam Room, Sauna... even Towel Service!Their trainers are excellent, skilled and care. Eric Sell in particular spent a year getting me into the best shape of my adult life... before I spent the following year sitting and stressing the health away. ;-)Members are solid friends even after not seeing them until years later. I made the mistake of leaving for scheduling/money reasons... but I'm coming back and bringing my family with me. :-)

I was a member over 10 years and only use the pool. The management shut the pool down with no warning and wouldn't give a credit or put account on hold for the 4 to 6 weeks the pool is closed. Also, the front desk staff is often curt and rude at times and the only reason I stayed is because I was lazy and didn't want the hassle of changing gyms. There are gyms with new equipment and nicer staff and less cost, though when the pool is open it is convenient...if you can get a lane or if there's not a class going on...No customer service for a long time member, basically told to like it or lump it and go some where else, but not until they billed me for a month I couldn't use the pool.
