If you want people to utilize the 1 machine you need to use and never be able to get on it because the other 1 they have has been broken for a month, then this is the place for you.

Clean, great staff, equipment is operational.Only suggestion I'd make is adding another Smith machine, and maybe staying open an extra hour in weekends.

Had my car stolen rom here, someone took my purse right out of my locker. The front desk informed me another person had the same thing happen at this exact gym a day prior, but there were no signs posted as a curtesy to let us know the DAY before a car was stolen. Front desk has seemed very apathetic and even annoyed by my attempts to have them send the front door footage to the police, stating the police must request it first, but they have my case number and could absolutely forward it to the Renton Police. They also refused to tell me any of this in-person (despite my car being STOLEN), so I had to find transportation to come in just to be given the unhelpful info of "We can't do anything have the police request". I feel no urgency from them whatsoever to help in any way. Lord knows I'll be discontinuing my membership soon.

Really nice place and 99 percent of the staff are friendly and great. My first bad experience and reason why I will cancel my membership is because on the 03/5 /23 at 548pm this white female was rude and did not wanted to help me make a hydro massage bed. Sadly. I felt she was racist🤷♂️ …

The manager is very rude, and says he can make up whatever rules he wants whenever he want and when i asked to speak to his boss he refused and threatened to kick me out. All because i asked to see the policy stating that we need our picture taken.
