24 Hour Fitness

This gym is conveniently located off the 15 freeway, it offers plenty of parking. There are a lot of machines, free weights and workout stations. They also offer group classes and they staff quality instructors. They have clean showers, pools and more. The Maintenance staff keeps the gym very clean. I recommend this gym!

I recently visited the 24-hour fitness center, and I must say that I was extremely disappointed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. It became evident to me that the staff seemed disinterested in their responsibilities, as the floors had not been mopped since last Friday. The entire gym was in a deplorable state, with machines covered in spit, trash strewn about, and even hidden under some of the machines. It was truly disgusting and unsanitary.Every machine I used appeared to have been neglected, with clear evidence of people spitting on them. The gym equipment was dirty and unhygienic, making it quite unpleasant to use. To make matters worse, the stairs and glass surfaces were also filthy and appeared to have not been cleaned in quite some time.Additionally, I was unable to purchase any drinks during my visit due to a restrictive time limit imposed by the gym. This further added to my frustration and inconvenience.Unfortunately, my experience at this 24-hour fitness center took a turn for the worse when both my husband and I fell ill after our visit. He experienced sickness, and I developed a sore throat with my ears hurting. While we cannot definitively attribute our illnesses to the gym, it is worth mentioning as it adds to our overall negative experience.Overall, I must say that this is the dirtiest gym I have ever encountered. The lack of cleanliness, the poorly maintained machines, and the uncleaned areas such as the stairs and glass surfaces were all major letdowns.I sincerely hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and makes an effort to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. It is imperative for a fitness center to prioritize hygiene and create a pleasant environment for its members.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this particular 24-hour fitness center to others. I believe there are better options available that prioritize cleanliness and customer satisfaction."

Everyone is great except Lyvette at the front desk . She is very rude and not professional.

This is a great place, but some people stay on the machines a long time and don’t give others a chance. Isn’t it a 20 minute limit if others are waiting ? Please I ask management to enforce the time limit

Not enough equipment to do a typical workout in a reasonable time. Locker rooms are so compact, everyone is on top of each other. Heaven forbid you're changing next to someone's sweaty sack and pin in your face....

Homeless people, living, cooking, filming in the bathroom, broken and missing, equipment, people, exercising, barefoot, no toilet paper, paper towels, or sanitizing spray. I paid for 12 months and stopped going after 3 because of the above. 24 hour fitness no longer has a corporate office to assist when gym managers refuse to.

Never cleaned! specially the bathrooms, I tip toe inside making sure I don’t touch anything, but I give 4 stars not less bc they have amazing staff in the front desk and the class instructors . Shout out to Roget and Danielle for kicking my butt every time.

I like this gym. I started going in there since mid 2022 and it has been great experience so far. Front desk and manager all are welcoming. Never had any bad experience so far. I would definitely recommend.

I just want to give a huge thanks to Jess at the front desk, I came in with my girlfriend looking to sign up for a membership and she made the sign up process very simple. Her customer service was great, I really appreciate how friendly and funny she was. My girlfriend and I both agree she made the start of gym journey memorable and great.

QUALITY “I’m a loyal member to the location, everything changed since I signed up:From having courtesy towels clean restrooms and lockers, equipment in good shape… ( a top facility), to the worst hygiene, excessive crowds, not enough equipment, lack of renovations and restorations.Parking outside is abandoned, plant areas destroyed, some drivers speeding not carrying about pedestrians,and people smoking weed and chilling, while teens, housewives, seniors, are making their best to stay healthy… ( IRONIC).Employees and trainers are always smiling and willing to listen to our complaints, but is evidently that they are abandoned by the company.Profit is something all business do nowadays to recuperate from the pandemic.Eastvale is a new community, raising and growing, and the facility does not stand for that quality of life people is looking in this area.I applause members and employees for making an effort to keep a friendly environment. EXCEPT FOR TE COMPANY..WHERE IS THE SERVICE YOU SOLD ME?, THE QUALITY AND RESPONSABILITY YOU ARE CHARGING ME FOR?.THIS FACILITY NEEDS ATTENTION AND ALL THE NECESSARY TOOLS TO KEEP IT RUNING.WHAT ITS GOING TO HAPOEN IF A COMPETITOR APPEARS?,MAKE YOUR EMPLOYEES AS WELL AS YOU COSTUMERS PROUD OF WHAT YOU ADVERTISED.
