24 Hour Fitness

My Son and his friend went there today. Their bicycles were Stolen m. They asked the front desk for the security cameras, but they said that the cameras don’t cover the bike area. What kind of place is this? They have the bike rack right in front of the gym and the cameras don’t cover the front areas. What’s happened if the boys get bullied right there, in front of the gym? Then there will be no one see or help them. This is not a safe gym for young teenagers to come. Front desk staff are very poor.

This 24-hour fitness location is great. Very close to the 15 fwy. There are plenty of parking space. The gym looks new and has a lot of equipment. The only negative is that it gets a little crowded at night.

Wow, I hope management or owners read this. I went and everything was dirty ** all around **. The lockers, the changing room, the restroom. It was so dirty, my pants got dirty by accidently touching the floor. The sauna was also stained badly. I think the temperature must be hotter than it reads because I think it is dangerously hot. While in the sauna my jewelry was burning my skin. I was grossed out. Im seriously thinking of going to Chuze Fitness. They have really raised the bar.

Could be a bit cleaner, but the staff is wonderful! Overall awesome gym😍 …

Without a doubt. This gym is top 5 in the I land Empire. The energy is always great and has all the equipment you need for any workout

Worst customer service experienced.I was there 5/18/23 , I told to the lady I'm Silver and Fit member.She told me I have no way to check this time you can come back or call ,all computers are down. While talking to me she's socializing to other staffs, no eye contact.

I like the gym it's clean and 24 Hours Service.

i would like to give some credit to an outstanding employee of 24 hr. i have been a member for over 20 years and am glad to point out employee alberto, who works the 5am shift at my club. alberto always, i mean always, has a positive disposition. he is quick to help members, as he has helped me. i am a senior and not tech savvy. when he starts his shift, the club is pretty filthy. trash all over the floor, trashcans overflowing, as if not addressed for 2-3 shifts. alberto goes through out the club and cleans. hes the most conscience employee i have ever seen. so, i give an atta boy to alberto. thank you...

Some people for Aqua class wear shoes to the pool！The water in the poor is dirty 。 Disappointed!
