24 Hour Fitness

I've been a member here for 2 years & they raised are member ship fee's, witch I have no problem with because I thought they we're putting in new equipment! instead they put some huge cross fit equipment in the middle! If you enjoy working out at a "GYM" this is a horrible place to go!! No personal space anymore and over crowded!! Plus you have to pay extra if you want to do the cross fit Bulls***!!!! F*** that!!!!

So I've only had a membership for about a month now. I've been to several locations throughout the Bay Area to try them all out. THIS one is pretty gross.... Towels? None. Locker Room? Absolutely Disgusting! I mean it's not a "Super" location but it should at least be clean or have someone to clean it. I've never had to make such an effort to keep my bare feet off of the floor. Locker rooms are in the Basement and out of view. I see a locker that the bracket was ripped off. Wonder how that happened hmmmm? This location could be good if there was a little more effort put into it. GREAT convenient location with plenty of parking though.

Graveyard FRONT desk person runs it AS A NITE CLUB..it is HORRIBLE. .REPORTED for 8 YRS AND nothing HAS I OR WILL VE DONE

I feel embarrassed tonight February 26 have been called to the office 24 hours fitness located in the Hilltop mall, where I raised first: they have received complaints from me and my cousin we've touched inappropriately in showers , after we played was that we ourselves inappropriately, then we approached the people, after which the clothes we wear is not adequate and the person who was doing us this information let us know that even she felt uncomfortable with our attire, there was a point in the conversation where this person relates to English burlesque my cousin. My discomfort comes with the following: my principle in life is to respect everyone around me so be respected, but more annoying is that no I should not do, because I have enough reason to realize that is inappropriate and, and both my cousin and I have not done anything inappropriate or anything that we are accused. The thing is: we must give up our membership of 24 hours fitness for the tort committed to us? or 24 hours fitness excused by the wrong procedure of some of its members? offering any apology and its members letting them know that there are more subtle, decent and less discriminatory when dealing with such sensitive issues as the fact assume any complaints made to another person ways. We really felt very ashamed and with little desire to continue in that gym. In conclusion I think the person who spoke owed us have wondered what was our version before accusing us of something that not even she could describe accurately, also if he felt uncomfortable by our attire, I have informed at the time and not now after nearly a year of membership where we have always used the same uniform so comfortable and practical it is. I stress I'm sure 24 hours fitness is much more qualified staff and much more tact in clarifying issues like this. I find it curious this was the same person that we signed nearly a year ago and I remember we were going with a similar clothing to that currently used for exercise, because we were prepared to sign up and get started that day and she did not let us know in that time of clothes that could or not use. I was totally disgusted with the lacked of customer from Daniel at hilltop 24fitness in Richmond CA, who was obviously high on speed and literally had foam on his mouth. Hilltop 24 needs to drug test their employees. Medical professionals like myself, are fully aware of substance abuse. He was jumping around from person to person and allowing others to interupt him while speaking to me and my daughter.After receiving a pass with my daughter, he refused to approved the pass, by saying my ID was not local enough. He also lied and said he was the manager. His manager is Arezoo Zand. this was on 6/26/2014 at 10:30pmHe just caused as a returning member not to re-enroll my membership. I had money to pay the 15.00 to get in for the evening but his behavior was unacceptable. I will never recommend for anyone to start a memebership at this location as long as that have imcomptent staff working the front counter

This is a pretty standard 24 hour fitness. Parking is easy and there is rarely a wait for the cardio equipment. The biggest complaint is that there is a culture of not restacking weights at this gym.
