24 Hour Fitness

I'm stuck with a one year contract with this disgusting gym. Please hire some janitors or something!!! Someone dropped protein powder by THE water fountain, and it was there for over a month (not exaggerating). People dropped water on it, the thing grew mold on top, people stepped on it, and it was finally gone in 5 weeks. The men's lockers are a mess. Some of the plates smell like DEAD ANIMAL, CORPSE OR SOMETHING. You will smell it when you pick up the plates. I wish I had payed attention to the hygiene problems at this gym before signing up.

Very unpleased with the service i got from Daniel. I got a 7 day confirmation pass and was looking forward to signing up. Daniel decided to turn us away because sales was closed after 9, but that information isnt provided when you sign up online for the pass and then he rudely told us to move away from the counter denying us service. Worst customer service ive ever recieved as well as worst customer communication skills. Wont recommend this place for anyone looking for a new gym. Very unprofessional.

The management and employee staff members at this location are very courteous and respectful. I have never been treated with so much care at a gym before. Mr. Brandon, the evening time supervisor, is a very understanding and knowledgeable manager. Ben from the front desk was very professional and diligent with his work as a gym employee. This location has left a very lasting impression for me and I have yet to discover a gym that can top this one. *THIS GYM IS VERY FRIENDLY TOWARDS MILITARY MEMBERS*

This morning I arrived at this gym to speak with management because there is an issue with my membership. I go to the front and say I'm going to speak with management and as I'm walking to the management area. Gloria shouts out loudly "she's banned" This gym has the most unprofessional staff you'll see.

For those people that rate this gym a 1, perhaps you have not been to many other big gyms. I've been a member of 24 hour for about 12 year . Been going to them in 4 different states, the are the nicest of gyms but for the price and convenience they are hard to beat. And this 24 hour is better than most I've been to, huge cardio area and decent weight selection. Parking is plenty and it's pretty clean. Cant comment on the locker room and pool because as a general rule, these are places best avoided in any public gym.

This is probably my least favorite of all the 24 Hours that I've been to. It's always over crowded no matter the time of day, not tidy, and very disorganized. Bros that work out here never put weights back and they're always left all over the gym. The empty rack in my photo always has weights missing. The locker room is also super grubby and the floors are always dirty and wet. Bring flip flops!
