They put women to clean the men's looker rooms. Putting female workers in a difficult situation.

Smaller than most facilities but cleaner also. Plan your workout and get in early or you'll be waiting to use the machines.

new equipment?! hell yeah! it’s a little crowded because of the size of the gym but hey you can get what you need done. i’d give it 5 stars but man they need fans over the cardio area! your girl gets sweaty!

I possibly lost my backpack while visiting the Richmond, Ca location on a 3 day pass. The staff was unwilling to help me, or even check their lost & found for me. They gave me the “Sorry about your luck” additude. I live out of town too. they feel lazy in attitude to me. I will probably never join their health club, because of this cold shoulder treatment. And I myself, had worked in the health club industry for over five years, would never treat. Potential membership with such destain. They don’t care about you or the safety of your belongings.

I had an ok sign up process. It’s been a month now. They didn’t push me or anything. Just a typical sales process. I came during my try out day at around 8pm which was a mistake. I literally stand around most of the time because it was so packed. I felt like I’m in a club or something. There are so many youngsters but very serious about working out. Good motivation for Those who needs it. You just have to work around the schedule when it’s not too busy. Easy parking most of the time, men’s locker is dirty and smelly ALL the time, I haven’t seen any of the staff in there cleaning (like I have at city sports or other gyms), lots of equipment but people there don’t re-rack the dumbbells like other gyms so you have to hunt them down. The reasons for the 3 stars are dirty lockers and over crowding gym (and yet they are still aggressively trying to get new members to sign) and what’s up with the additional $49 annual membership fee (to purchase new equipments? Doesn’t the membership fee covers that). I have never seen that in any other gyms and I have been to many other gyms). Other than that, it’s your typical, slightly below average gymnasium

This has got to be the filthiest 24 hr fitness gym. The moment you get in, there is a pungent smell. Most of the people in the reception have their noses up to the ceiling. Very unprofessional,they may have forgotten that the members are the reason why they are in the payroll. However, there are a very few exemptions. The mens locker room smells horrible, very dirty. One should feel clean after shower. But in this gym, its otherwise . Plus the locker room break-ins. Dont leave any valuables or u regret. The sauna and steam room smells like urine. The machines are dirty and stink. If u want to use a machine, u go get a paper towel and spray to wipe it down only to find out that the paper towel dispenser is out of paper. Not to mention the fact that while youre working out, you're always worried if your car is safe in the parking area. All these issues have always been there.This gym is busy, meaning, there is good revenue but why why these chronic problems?

I messed up buying a 2 yr membership. Terrible customer service when I needed to sign up, the men’s locker room is actually disgusting. Smells and it’s dirty. Never seem to stay on top of replenishing the paper towels to wipe down equipment so people tend not to wipe it down. It has literally one drinking fountain. When this place is busy, it’s just a bad idea to try to workout way too populated, so you have to work around the busy hours. I think I counted 3 bench presses total, never seem to be free even in not so busy hours.Aside from that I can’t just leave out that they do have hella cardio machines and a wide variety too. They have an open space gym for stretching/body workouts.Overall, you’re better off somewhere else, in my opinion.

Daniel is a racist magician. In the sense of he’s never around unless you go into his office to make a complaint about the locker rooms smelling like a sewer, there not being adequate staff in the kids club, the basketball courts being dusty with broken rims and shredded nets. And no matter how many request are put in to change the clock to the right time in remains exactly one hour and twenty seven minutes fast. I found mold down stairs in the drywall and told staff about it and just have not been back down there. Its a horrible feeling when you dread using the bathroom or stopping your workout and just going home. Definitly would not recommend this gym to my worst enemy.
