Goldfish Swim School - Richmond West End

We went for a birthday party and were amazed at how organized, clean, and well-planned the affair was here! This is bigger than it looks from outside, and you'll find two distinct areas: the swimming pool, naturally, and a separate dining and play room area for cake and letting the kids run around. The pool area is warm like a sauna, and the pool is perfectly warm as well. The pool is big but a uniform 4 feet deep. There are some really cool foam floaties, including an almost full size canoe! Several lifeguards were constantly on duty, and there are many sizes of life jackets for free use. You'll find showers and a bathroom connected to the pool. In the dining area, you'll find a hair drying station and private changing rooms. There is a large table for food and cake, and plenty of friendly, helpful employees to make sure everything goes to plan. I imagine swim classes are equally as organized. Great fun for all family members!

Instructors are super patient and gentle with the kids. My youngest son went from being timid and afraid every time he got in the pool, to very confident and willing to learn. My oldest son is racing through the exercises and is becoming a young Michael Phelps. They both look forward to their lessons every week. I couldn't have picked a better school for my boys! Worth every penny :)

Goldfish is such a happy place to build water confidence. My 4- and 6-year-olds have been loving their lessons and can't wait to enjoy the pool all summer long! Mom loves how clean the facilities are!! My girls love the post swim showers and hairdryers. We change into PJs after washing our hair and go home clean and ready for dinner and bed!

Goldfish Swim School does a great job getting young ones engaged and encouraging them in a thoughtful and positive way. My kids have both progressed at their individual pace and been wildly successful. They both love the water, and I now feel much safer having my kids around deep water, knowing that they can tread water, float on their back and swim using multiple different strokes. I can’t say enough good things about Goldfish Swim School. We have been enrolled here for over a year and a half now. My son has made leaps and bounds with his swimming. Both my boys LOVE coming to swimming lessons and can’t wait for swim day! The facility is so clean, the staff and managers are so sweet and enthusiastic, I highly recommend. Goldfish has been an amazing experience for our family!

This is best swim school my kids have attended so far. I really love the flexibility for class cancellations, make up classes. All the teachers are so experienced and well trained. Both of my kids learnt swimming in less than a month or so after we joined them. I totally recommend Gold Fish to everyone who are looking for reliable swimming lessons. Wish I would have known earlier :).

We attended a birthday party here today and i was blown away by the facility's cleanliness and the fantastic service. My kids had an absolute blast! We will be coming here again soon!

This school is truly fantastic. My daughter suffers from anxiety. She came to the spring break swim lessons and did great. However when we came back yesterday to start her first regular lesson she got scared because there was a different teacher. Change is really hard for her. As she was crying and clinging to me her teacher from the other class who was not in the pool teaching came over jumped in the pool with her and worked with her one on one until she felt comfortable enough to join her class. I could not be more satisfied with the love and professionalism shown at this school.
