Useful amenities and good customer service. The black card always has the best membership privileges. I just wish the other gym patrons during the day would be more cleaner and polite 😕 This PF location is not a 24/7 gym on weekends but it's cool & local. I will say thank you to those few hardworking staff who are kind to me and don’t engage in any BS 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Machines are always available the price is right. Very clean and well maintained

When I make myself go, I always feel good and safe while at PF. From initial staff greeting to ending with the warm massage water bed. I appreciate: machines work great, easy-to-use stretching bars, low start weights on machines- that's usually where I'm at (recovering from injuries), many TV's for distraction, and ability to have private experience in gym with positive, supportive. I love being with younger and middle-aged people since I'm a senior and don't have much contact usually.

I love my local planet fitness! My husband and I go there and we're likely the oldest people in the room but it doesn't matter because absolutely everybody is there. Young old, big small in shape out of shape. It's all good. We're all working toward the same goal. Good health and good life!

I will highly recommend this PF friendly staffs and so clean the workout and the women's bathroom.Everytime I come here before or after work (NOC shift) they'll greet you even other members again sanitizing very important and 100% constantly cleaning! You guys ROCK....Thank you so much !!!01/18/23 after 2yrs of the pandemic and still going on I finally used the equipments because I trust this gym of the cleanliness and friendliness of the staffs. Let's work together to be kind and loving to each other no judgement if you're homeless or not everyone suffering financially. Again, I enjoy coming with this facility and finally working out towards my goal this year 2023!!!04/14/23 Friday around 1:10 pm I am very embarrassed and humiliated at the women's bathroom while both doors wide open (Storage and Utility rooms); after I've finished my shower and walked across to get dress a man standing by the Storage door looking at straight at the women's bathroom and I was undress.I've asked the staff Janeth to confirm why both doors are open and the guy looking at me straight in the women's bathroom Janeth replied oh I'm sorry and continued cleaning and the manager Mitchell slowly walked outside and close the storage door with the guy who's a member.My privacy was violated and I was humiliated and the only response I get I'm sorry from Janeth and continued cleaning and she know's I'm taking a shower because you can hear the shower and my clothes was hanging by the dressing room and she allows both doors wide open.Does the PF staffs had training about the "Privacy Policy" and other trainings before they become staff members or managers? OMG in my entire life never have someone embarrassed me after showering and being naked in a public area or gym. I am very upset, stressed and my anxiety level sky couldn't sleep at all I'm so embarrassed.

The place is clean with friendly staff and good amenities. Lots of machines and weights.

The gym is clean and the equipment is well maintained. The front staff are welcoming and it doesn’t feel overcrowded like other places I have worked out.

Team MMJ - Mitchell Melanie & Janeth are terrific swing shift; Shaneen& team day shift was very welcoming and V & John et al niteside are calm and helpful overnight. Thanks to each associate and staff member of the Richmond CA PF! It is a well-thought, organized and clean facility; I constantly see free weights replaced by staff who also encourage us to return them in positive ways. The restrooms are generally very clean despite we the customers! Go PF!!

They changed the hrs in some locations no longer opens 24 hrs but that’s only a couple days out of the week.

Just wish the gym patrons during the day would be more cleaner.. it’s not a 24/7 gym on the weekends but it’s cool & local tho. The only problem I have is this staff could be a little bit more respectful because there are many reasons why somebody can have a gym membership. Nobody is obligated to know exactly why if there’s no problem being caused.. the only problem(s) are times where I feel very unwelcome walking in here and the soft-spoken gossip that’s clearly obvious! In an argument with a sensitive dude that reminds me of “Lil Xan” at the front desk over my membership being overdue. He said he doesn’t have the app so he didn’t know. I already knew about it, but give people a chance to pay for their membership instead of jumping down somebody’s throat smh. I kept my tone calm and was not yelling and was labeled as “hostile”... as a black woman I’m offended by that label. If that’s how you feel about all black women then that’s not the job for you. No one is going to talk super whisper, quiet, short, simple, and sweet… some of the people here need to learn to talk to different cultures in no way would I have any reason to disrespect or yell at anybody here especially with what they have to deal with already working here… Also, my other problem is with other genders is going inside the “women’s” restroom. I have nothing against any other genders or sexualities as I am female , bisexual woman, but there needs to be a third bathroom (considered) because me, and obviously a few other people have felt uncomfortable, and or confused. But I can only speak for myself. I miss the old workers like Kevin & Justice and an older black lady who works in the morning, when some of them used to work here they were a lot more friendlier in this place was much more welcoming, and cleaner, but I can’t complain. It’s affordable no than 24 hour fitness and there’s a bunch of branches that any black card member can go to. also, if there is not a threat to security of the gym, the security officers have NO business interacting or playing sides or threatening membership revocation when it comes to different issues with staff & others if politely addressed ..it I’ll be more than happy to edit this review again once I’m satisfied…also hopefully the gym showers will be fixed soon… like somebody said in the comments, the staff IS a mixed bunch, but a little kindness goes along way & making other people regardless of their purpose for a gym membership feel respected and welcomed in your place of business because you never know if somebody’s dealing with....I shouldn’t have to walk in there with my head down ):
