Had my wallet taken out of my backpack in my locker that had a lock that I had purchased from here. I know they are not responsible for the lost or stolen items but at least do an incident report or something to keep track and try to prevent it from happening!! I mean they had time to break the combo lock somebody had to have seen something!!

Signed up online last night,came in and scanned my barcode walked in...everyone said "Hi" at the desk but had no idea I was a new client...I had no clue where to go. The young lady who was soooo sweet offred to show me around...I forgot her name.. she was very helpful! I had no idea we needed a locks, so I bought one there...got it open fine but couldn't get it back open and she helped me lol... crowded n felt all the sweat from the ppl next to me n hot!!The service 5 starGym 3 stars...too hot & soooo crowded/small areas/kinda dirty.

Love it. Great staff especially Daniel. Extremely helpful to me and my adult son. I like the Crowd meter. Plenty of machines and lots of space. Clean safe environment. Totally committed to my journey and membership.

One of the reasons that I go to Planet fitness is for health reasons. At this planet fitness the front desk staff is very friendly and respectful. This type of excellent customer service is what makes you feel welcome, because there are the epitome of the representation of the company itself. The bathrooms are kept clean, and the cleaning station are always well stocked. From my observation, people you uses the machine always make sure they clean the equipment they previously usedThis is my perspective. I would like a pt job to work their especially on the weekendsHope Management sees thisThanks

Not too crowded and pleasant staff. It does get a bit hot and would be better if they had a better way to keep it cool.Generally I'm a fan of the Planet Fitness model, so thumbs up!(Not the operating hours -- closes early on weekends!)

It’s a good location but they’ve only had one working bike for the past two months. This is a very busy gym, I really hope they take the time to repair their bikes soon.
