Always clean and cheerful. Therese is always so welcoming and helpful. After not going to a gym for 2 years or more, she is a welcoming face and makes me want to go to the gym again. Her classes are helping me to achieve my goals.

Always clean and organized. I haven’t had to wait for a machine to be open so far either. Staff is friendly/welcoming and the monthly fee is very reasonable.
