I love the friendly and respectful staff at this gym. The girls' bathroom is always impeccable and the equipment is kept very clean. Ebony is exceptionally kind and sweet to everyone, and is always gracious and courteous. I almost never have to wait for equipment.I wish we had a full length mirror in the TRX room, but otherwise no complaints!

Staff is very friendly. Atmosphere is always positive and the facility is spacious, contains numerous pieces of equipment, and is consistently clean. It is a very comfortable place to workout without having to wait on a particular machine, station, or other equipment.

New Cardio Equipment!!!wow!! fantastic yall!! I love the new cardio equipment and the upgrade. It is wonderful having this super clean, comforting and affordable fitness/wellness center in the Roswell community. The staff is exceptional at customer service and always willing to assist. getting my days in are still a challenge but it helps having such a spectacular place to practice being consistent..lol

They had a good number of smith machines, and they had plenty of weight plates for each of them. I have found that to be a rarity, so good marks for that.
