The gym itself is very clean and well taken care of, however they blast the lunk alarm anytime someone makes noise while lifting. it was just ridiculous and felt very judgemental to those people. i switched to another gym in the area and am much happier working out without hearing a loud siren all the time

Overall Greyhound needs to exam their facilities and policies. They do not inform passengers the reason for delays. Staff spend a lot of time talking with one another. Not enough emphasis on paying customers

Great experience. Friendly staff. Andrew gave me a knowledgeable tour. I would def. Start a membership here.Update: I did start the membership. Ebony and Kyle are great managers who are attentive to the members needs and work swiftly to address and discrepancies that may arise.

One of the better Planet Fitness’s. I have worked out at a lot of them in the Atlanta Area because I have the black card. This one has the best staff and is one of the cleanest in the City. Ebony who is one of the people in charge, is great and very helpful. She is also pleasant on the eyes 😍. You can’t go wrong making this your home gym.

Actually don’t like leaving reviews especially negative ones but I have to . When I signed up I had no issues everyone was extremely helpful and very chill gym . I recently moved out of state and before I moved I made sure to cancel my membership because last time I moved out of state the gym told me I would have to go to my home gym which was 8 hours away . While canceling the gentleman told me “that I was good “ while walking to my car I knew I needed to double check . So I went back into the gym to confirm the cancellation in which the manager stepped in and checked . She stated the membership is cancelled and gave me paperwork which states “ the membership was fully cancelled out on 8/8 . While checking my credit card statements I was charged twice for something that was told to me it was canceled. Of course extremely frustrated I called and let them know the situation . The first time I called the person said the Dm would be there around 12 and they would call me back to make sure it was cancelled.. never received a call so I called back and the guy says yes one account is closed but you have an account open that was from 1/1.. .. this is the account I wanted closed and had the paperwork that it was closed . So once again he gave me a runaround and said they would call me when he got there . I called 2 more times with run around and now a lady “who’s the manager “ which got an attitude with me .. I was extremely confused and frustrated because I’m wasting my time all day trying to get something done that wasn’t my fault . She responds with “well the lady doesn’t work here anymore “ and it’s not her problem . After hours of calling and being talked to like I did something wrong . She sent me an email that said the account was closed and that I would get a credit in 60 days . I asked why she didn’t just do that the first 3 times I called and she says “ we just want to make sure it’s our fault before we credit the account “ I was extremely frustrated and was looking for a corporate number in which she wouldn’t give me nor help. Now I’m second guessing gym memberships and how I want to pay for them with the situation which could have easily been fixed . All I wanted was the money back that i paid for a membership that was cancelled with paperwork . Be careful if you sign up at this gym because when trying to cancel it will be hell to do so.

As a Silver Sneakers member, I have use of several fitness clubs. I use this facility when I want a weight lifting workout followed by use of the hydro massage and body enhancement machines. The club is very clean and the staff courteous and helpful.
