Terrible experience! Despite hearing all the goofy stuff and weird rules at PF I thought I would still check it out due to a great promotion. Walked in asking for a tour and Molly said I can’t give a tour since the person is out to lunch and she can’t leave the front desk. What kind of gym is this where they don’t show you all they have to offer. Who wants to come back on PF time when it’s convenient for PF. Won’t waste my time with a gym that can’t even show you around. You should all be embarrassed!!!

I like Planet Fitness and over the years when I’ve relocated I’ve just changed which location I went to. I just came to this one from Cumming’s location. This one is NOT 24 hours 7 days a week. They advertise 24/5 but it’s really only 24 hours Monday-Thursday. The other days they close at 7pm. My school gym closes later than that. It is ALWAYS hot in here. A typically easy workout turns out to be a hot flash because it’s so warm in here! Half the time there isn’t staff up at the front to greet you and scan your card so I have to call their desk phone for someone to come up there. After today, I’m probably just going to change locations or change gyms altogether with how many are in this area.

When we visited from out of town, the staff at this location were very friendly and accommodating. The gym and bathrooms were clean. Compared to other locations, the building was smaller but they have some of the most high-tech exercise machines we have ever used. The treadmills have huge screens on each one where you could program a walk or run through a virtual landscape. I picked a hike through a canyon and it was a very engaging workout! We wish every Planet Fitness location was this well-equipped. Absolutely love this gym. Super clean, friendly staff, quiet, and there's never a wait for anything!Machines let you connect to Hulu, Netflix, Spotify and are Bluetooth compatible.10/10 would go again

So far my experience has been great, clean facility, great equipment and friendly staff. I'm a black card member and I love the hydro massage, the massage chair and the other benefits of being a black card member they offer.

Terrible experience!!! Complete awful customer service—Sold month to month membership, went to cancel my wife’s membership and they said that we signed a year long contract and that there was a $58 cancellation fee, which we were not informed of EVER when we set up the original membership!! Bottom line—they don’t care about their members and are misrepresenting what they are selling, using a digital signature pad to put large, very detailed documents of text for you to scroll through to mislead customer (should be explained by a sales rep so members are aware.) The signs are false and misleading as well!!

I love this gym not just because I go there. The gym is huge so I never have to wait on equipment. The black card membership comes with amenities have yet to use yet, but I do utilize the massage bed and chair.

Staffs are very friendly and clean! Definitely my favorite location. One thing I’m disappointed is when I visited there 10/19 5pm-6pm, this girl who was cleaning the machines, she stopped cleaning and sat on the bench+on her phone for more than 30min (i was on elliptical for 30min but i left after that before she got off of her phone) at the bar lifting area. She didn’t even check me in when i got there :/ She just told me to go. I don’t think it’s fair for other employees who are working their butt off during their shifts...

This has to be the smallest Planet Fitness I've been to. That being said, when I showed up around 9:30am on a Wednesday morning, it wasn't excessively busy, the staff was friendly, and the cleanliness of the gym was above average. It does have slightly more updated equipment here compared to even the Plant Fitness that is 5 miles away. Overall, I'd come here again.

Nice gym at reasonable fee. There are plenty of Gym equipments and lockers. They have seperate room for 360° exercise and 30min Cardio.Best part is 24x5 gym time.
