At the end of August I placed a 90 day freeze on my account because of my concerns regarding the Delta Variant and being uncomfortable being in a crowded gym. I received the freeze confirmation document in my email as an attachment that day. I was told my account would draft again in three months unless I extend the freeze at the end of the 90 days.I thought everything was okay until I saw September drafts on my bank statement. Since my account still drafted for September, I immediately called the location to speak with someone. I was told that a freeze could not be located on my account! I repeatedly tried to explain that I had indeed called about the freeze and asked him if he could double check my account. Not only could he not locate the freeze, he didn't even place the information about the error on my account, so my account remains unfrozen!I ended up filing a complaint with the BBB, and they have not received a response from the company.

Up front fraud review disclaimer - this gym is probably good but I was very unhappy with how this was handled - so that's why I am leaving a 1 star.Had a first time visit and sign up - decided this wasn't the gym or experience for me - all well and good - a gym is a personal decision.Per the refund policy, if you cancel within 24 hours you will be refunded the maintenance fee and up front membership fees.I've had to call 4 times since August 22nd - I calmly warned management multiple times that I would be marking this as fraud if it wasn't properly handled - I figured I'd let the system work itself out and it would be handled in a week or two after each call.This did not happen.I am here on October 4th writing this review and have marked this as fraud finally on my credit card due to Planet Fitness and their lack of accountability.Buyer beware - if you intend to use this place regularly - good for you - get your moneys worth - but if you ever think of cancelling understand that you'll need to watch your credit card statements to see if it actually gets cancelled and/or you actually receive a refund when entitled.

Today was my first day working out at Club Fitness. So far, so good. I thought I would be the only one up at 5 am working but I was very surprised when I seen others walking in. That really motivates me.

I will agree with all of the comments regarding how modern, clean, and pleasant this gym is. However I cannot agree with the staff being great. I signed up online August 29th. I did not go to the gym until September 6th. When I went in I told them I needed a barcode because that's what the app told me. He told me he couldn't find me in the system and that I could work out anyway. He said his manager would be coming in soon. By the time I left I didn't see the same person at the front desk and never spoke with a manager. Wednesday, I went in and let the front desk person know that I needed a barcode. He said the system was down. So I worked out and left. Today I went again to the same location, and the GM and the same young man from September 6th were there. I again, stated that I needed a barcode. He said he couldn't find me in the system. I explained to him that the same thing happened on Monday. I showed him my bank statement where I paid and he mumbled something like it didn't matter or it didn't help. So he asked if I received an email. I explained that I did not. He kept looking in the system and seemed stuck like he didn't know what to do. In this process he asked me THREE more times if I received an email and that he never dealt with this before. I told him that I had already answered that. He said "see you have an attitude about it." I didn't have an attitude. I was frank because he was wasting my time. I work in customer service, I actually TRAIN in customer service. This young man did not do his due diligence to try to help me at all. We just kept going in circles. As the customer, what else can I do? I asked him, "where do we go from here?" He then brought up the email situation again, which was pointless because if I didn't get an email, I didn't get an email. I asked the GM who was standing close by to help me. She asked for my bank statement. She was somehow able to look up and call the actual location that I signed up with. She kept saying "it was out of their franchise" which means what to me? All I know is I signed up for Planet Fitness in Roswell. Thankfully she did confirm that gym I signed up at which was really far for me. I asked if I could transfer to this gym. She said no, that they had to wait 90 days and that it was out of their region. So I drove to the other Planet Fitness which was on Alabama Rd. Within 5 minutes the girl showed me HOW to put my barcode number in which was my PHONE NUMBER. And let me know that I could upgrade to Planet Fitness Black which would allow me to go to ANY gym location and solved my problem. I will continue to go to this Holcomb Bridge location now that I have Planet Fitness Black because it is conveniently closer to me and hopefully I won't even half to truly communicate with the staff. But to the owner, please put better trained individuals in customer service at the front desk as they wasted an hour of my time today and I didn't get to do my morning workout.

Really used to enjoy coming here. But there’s a new guy who started this week who runs the place like a prison. Ringing that godawful alarm at everyone and even yelling at them. The thing is, I’m not even sure what he is doing that at. It’s just everyone that’s always come here working out the same way we always have.I’ve talked to a lot of the people who come here and we agree if it keeps happening, we are joining a different gym.Ridiculous.

I didn't like this one. The gym is small compared to others and the tanning bed didn't work right. Not to mention it didn't run the full amount if time. And they didn't even require that I scan my card before letting me right in and back to the tanning bed. It was my first time at this branch so it's wasn't that they knew me.

LOVE this location! Staff are friendly and laid back. They remember, most times, my husband and I do the tanning or BeautyAngel beds then swap. My son loves the massage chairs! BEST part is the chill vibe...not so chill at other locations in the area (one reason we switched our usual workout spot). Only thing is I really wish you had an ab machine where you're seated, uaw your core to twist to one side then the other. they have the one you are upright on your knees ans twist but I feel its more limiting ab machines go. Just my opinion. Keep up them vibes✌

The only problem is how hard it is to cancel. I get that part of the strategy is to lock in low cost subscriptions that people are likely to forget about or leave running "just in case," but let's not pretend that's a good, ethical practice.And we should be striving to be both good and ethical. It might mean we don't profit as much, but it won't put us out of business and it's better for everyone at the end of the day.

Great equipment and experience. The only downside is most people don't wipe down the equipment after using it, which is unsettling..
