The machines seem to be upgraded. The cardio machines have Netflix on them. Also, it’s less crowded than the one on Holcomb Bridge.

I tried to cancel and they totally played games. I followed the instructions to come in person to cancel and then was told they couldn't because no manager was there. They make it a hassle. I don't recommend signing up since they don't appear to have any kind of customer service...just games to keep taking your money.

Your typical gym. More self-serve and no classes. Priced reasonably but if you need attention and lots of help,this isn't the gym for you.

Being a Black card, one of the perks is being able to use any PF in the country ... The PF's in Roswell GA are just as the nice as the one's back home in South Jersey - clean, equipment well maintained, plus the massage chairs and hydro chairs are a nice end to a workout.

The gym is always clean, it's on my way home so it's very convenient, and I rarely ever have to wait for machines to open up. Staff is always attentive and helpful.

Management is effective and efficient with an amazing attitude. It reflects through the team members. Cleanliness is above average Cardio equipment is more advanced than many PF clubs.

Its clean and open 24 hrs during the week. Has the usual equipment,, minus good chest equipment. I'm just visiting so its good for a week. Stand up tanning bed is nice.

My time. Just me. That is what is important to me at the gym. I do not want to be bothered or sold something. Just let me do my thing at the time that suits me.Planet Fitness gets it. In the last year, I have dropped 22 pounds. Take that COVID and thank you Planet Fitness for implementing protocols that made me feel comfortable.
