Memorial day weekend I along with staff witnessed a physical altercation, later determined to be Domestic Violence.I had no phone but I did make contact with the guy.Why the hell staff REFUSED to call police?LADIES AND OTHERS, Don't rely on staff to call police if you are being harmed. I do love this gym. I just wish they would knock out the wall between the ab room and training room to make more room for people who want to use mats. If you come on an even remotely busy day there will be at least three people or more doing their stretches and workouts infront of equipment making it hard or impossible to use.

Edit: Perfect staff now! Keep up the great work!Thank God for the new manager, Ari!So, I used to dread going here because it used to be so unkempt! Equipment, and especially tidiness! Overall, staff is very nice, but they used to sit around literally on the counters and eat food, snacks,etc! It was just reallyunbecoming. My family and I literally were changing gyms before new management stepped in within a month ago. I’ve decided to stay because everything did a complete turnaround. The gym stays clean and staff are really more professional. Please keep up the amazing work!

I enjoy this Planet Fitness, EXCEPT they truly need to wipe down the bottom of treadmills where people drip sweat! It is an issue. ALSO, they absolutely do not monitor the 30 minute workout section. I love the 30 minute area and follow the rules, however, EVERY single time I use it (3 to 4 times per week) there are ALWAYS people just sitting on machines or using steps that are not doing the 30 minute workout! I have complained numerous times and nothing is ever done. It is very frustrating when 90% of the time the people that aren’t doing the 30 minute workout or sitting on the machines looking at their phones doing nothing. I’ve been told there’s another manager at this location so hopefully it can be resolved.
