Great trainers.. awesome place with brand new equipment.NEEDED TO SAY IT - Sep/2023I have been attending this gym for 7 years, and today they exceed my expectations. I brought my mom, who is 70 years old,From the very first moment she came in, the coach welcomed her that made her feel good and respected. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Right before the workout the coach took time to explain every single modification and reps she will be doing, based on her capacity and during the workout, he was next to her, assisting and making sure she was physically ok, making sure her transition from step ups, squat Trust, bike, KB carry were done in a safety way.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐So, if you are looking for a place where they will be patient with your fitness journey, where you are welcome, everyone is friendly, and you get some laughs, support and good vibe. This is the place 👏👏

Hi folks….TTB is tucked away in Roswell; however, once you find it you will be glad you did. I’ve been working with Collin and he has helped me in a few weeks get smarter and stronger about my own fitness. He listened to my goals and has provided excellent professional advice about getting stronger for running, better with endurance and wiser about fitness in general. Come and give it a try. I’m glad I did. Your body and your health are worth the investment!

Not gonna lie. There was a creepy old guy with a marines hat on wierdly asking what some of us buff young guys did for fun but besides that.. gym is awesome especially for calisthenics!

If you’re looking for a crossfit gym this is it ! don’t look any father , i honestly was scare to start crossfit because i’ve heard so many bad things about it but , wow this gym change my mind ! i’ve learned so much in 6months i’ve seen so much change in my strength and performance , the coaches are incredible also the people that come here everyone is so friendly ! i’m really happy to be part of this TTB fit fam!

I love the programming. You workout the whole body at the end of the week, not over training any muscle group. Always fun activities and challenges through the year.. Friendly and supportive community. Best place to start your fitness journey!

Go to TTB….seriously, I drive an hour each weekday to train there, and it’s worth every minute.After going to all sorts of gyms, I found what I was looking for….a culture that provides support, fun, encouragement, education and positive vibes!!! No need to feel intimidated when I walk into the box each day! I have made amazing progress and learned so much!I strongly recommend The Training Box-Crossfit! And I ❤️my fit family there! Go!

joined The Training Box having never really done any kind of formal lifting or strength training. So I started with an 'essentials class'. I really think the essentials class is critical to making sure your going to use proper forum and technique when lifting. Working one on one with an instructor that first month really helped. The gym is very welcoming and the overall community and classes are very welcoming to newcomers and experienced gym rats.
